Me and my 8 month pregnant girlfriend went in around 8:30 pm last night and ordered 2 smash burger combos. The food came out as... only one meal so we had to wait for the other fries. My girlfriend couldn?t finish the burger due to It making her nauseous. Wegot home and she was throwing up all night and still feels really sick. I do not recommend this location at all. Read more

It's been a few years since I stepped into this location. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. I normally LOVE Smashburger, but the experience here was terrible. Ordered online for the half-price wings and went to the... location to pick it up. No one was at the front. Eventually someone came out and asked about my order and I told them. Theysaid the wings were all gone. Didn't ask what I wanted instead, or how this would be resolved. The haystack onions were alsogone. When I asked for a refund for those items, the person said he didn't know how to do a refund for an app order. No offerof something else to replace. He asked one of the cooks in the back, but she didn't know either. Before I left I also had toask for the drink cup for the drink I ordered, or I wouldn't have gotten that either. So I ended up with paying full price forhalf my order, plus a drink I didn't even want but had to order to get the half-price wings...wings I didn't even get! I'vealso called 3x yesterday during non-busy times to talk this over with the manager, no one answered the phone and no voicemailavailable. This location has really gone downhill, just like most of the others. Since I didn?t leave a tip when I was in there, I?ll give... you one now: Train your employees to be nice to your customers and listen to them. We actually like to be treated with kindnessand respect, apparently it?s still such a foreign concept to some. It?s really not our fault if you?re miserable at your job anddon?t want to be there. I have received bad service previously at other locations but this location although busy still provided good service and good... food at least! I visited at 8 pm on a Saturday. I got the turkey double burger and the other person got the classic smash. Weshared the smash fries that are so good if you like rosemary and garlic. The burgers were great also! I love the burgers and Fries here ( regular Fries ). I don't recommend the smash fries. I tried them, but definitely not my... flavor. I had the BBQ haystack onion bacon burger. It was awesome. I also had the Chocolate milkshake, which is handmade.Absolutely SMASHING!!! the staff were very polite and working nonstop from the second I walked in the door. I really felt badafter I ordered my milkshake. He was still working on the previous orders milkshakes and well, this kid was making milkshakesthe whole time I was eating my food and shake. Read more
Burger was great! Fries were awesome! Lady at front taking our orders does not sound like she wants to deal with anyone or even... be working. Other than that. I'd recommend this place. Unfortunately, the lady killed the vibe. Read more
