Went late on Sat nite. They were a little busy but not overly so. The drive thru was very slow moving. I'm sure there weren't... more than 5 cars ahead of me, took me more than 1/2 an hr to get to the mic. By the time I got to order they were out of aningredient for what I wanted, so disappointing, esp when the plc is out of what ur in the mood for or craving. When placing myorder, I told the gal "sandwich only" but she still asks if I want fries or tots, etc, like I was ordering a combo. I'm like, "Isaid sandwich only." Everytime she got sumthin wrong or didn't answer my question another person (a man) would come on. The onlyreason for the 3 stars is bc the sandwich/burger was good & the guy was nice. Read more
Wow, I parked in a stall. Pushed the red button. Nothing! They were so busy and understaffed that they could not even take my... order?!? I waited 5 minutes. I noticed the drive thru line was at least creeping along, so I pulled out and got in that line.It took another 6 minutes (which always seems like 30 minutes when you are in drive thru). I finally got my order and it wasunder cooked. My guess is the deep fryer was so busy, it had cooled down too much. And the 2!! employees could not stop using itlong enough, to let it heat up and properly cook the food. Tater tots and corn dog way under cooked. I did not go back to tellthem. I didn't have the time after work to stop by either. I hope they get more help at that location! Read more
First I want to say that I have stopped visiting my local Sonic as the service is unacceptable. I visited this location many... miles away hoping I would get better service. I ordered on the app and tipped 20%, I think tipping in the app is important sothat the inside folks know that they are actually getting a tip. I ordered 2 rt44 limeades with fruit, a sauced popcornchicken, a chicken slinger, a chili cheese coney, and a large onion ring. We put this order through the app to take advantage ofthe happy hour drinks. I checked in to a stall. The order came out about 15 minutes later with "we are out of onion rings,would you like something else or a refund. I said we would like to try the pickle fries. 20 minutes later we left with NO picklefries and no further contact from inside. The drinks were good and the sauced popcorn chicken was decent. The chicken slingerand the chili cheese coney were absolutely trash. The chicken was so dry and old it was basically jerky. The bun it was servedon was so "toasted" it was black. The coney dog was basically mush. I am not sure how old it was, but it must have been hoursold to be this bad. Read more
This is the worst sonic location I?ve been too. I have it 2-3 tries just in case it was a rough day. I?ve ordered online and in... person, both with the same results. Give yourself 30-45 min for the order. Doesnty matter if it?s the drive through, pull up oradvance app order. Same explanation every time, they are under staffed and I know it?s hard to find employees but don?t expect?fast food? ???? Read more
We have these poker chip things for a free medium drink, the first two times we went it was good. The third time though-man I... don't know what they were doing. We waited at the speaker in the drive thru for 30 minutes. No cars in front of us. Then wedrove to the window and no one was there. So then we drove around and tried again and then they finally took our order, wherewe waited 15 minutes. Like guys. We had two slushies. Read more
Poor girl was all alone and we waited in a line behind at least 8 cars just to find out she was overwhelmed and was way behind... and said it would take her awhile to get to us she was super apologetic. I felt for her and saw at least 2 cars ahead of us weretold the same. She was the cook and the waitress/car hop and the drive thru person taking orders and money. This way my 1st timeat this sonic so I really couldn't say. Shame on who ever left that girl all by herself. Shame on her if she was lying. But Icould say how the food was at this one although the menu seemed rather short compared to normal. But what is new these days. And sorry if you really were on your own. Over 95 degree weather on a Saturday night.. I?m with my 5 year old outside waited for 2 slushies and 1 burger for about 75 mins... while every worker seemed to be in their own world. Got asked 3 times the name of my order nothing after each time. I went topress the red button to see what?s going on with my order this was about 30 mins of waiting and they flipped the screen to anemployee name saying order will be brought out?. 20 mins passed and still nothing. Not a nice experience considering my orderwasn?t even hard to accommodate.. And this chick with sandals and no sock??? Where the roller blades at??? I tipped out ofrespect for the service I am provided with but the staff didn?t seem to care much so kinda bummed about this experience more formy daughter who was frustrated and thirsty the whole time we waited. We went here today and it?s usually pretty good but today absolutely awful. I?m not sure if the food was stale or what our... lemonade tasted like lemon juice an water nasty, the food was cold I think their was literally two people working today. Thepatties were burnt, we will not be back for a while it was so bad. Im laying here with a stomach ache contemplating makingmyself throw up because I feel so bad on the food.
