The lady said there were no brownies. She asked if Iwanted something else or a refund. I said a refund. I had to stand in line for a refund. I told the lady I used my points. The music is way too loud so that you can't hear your name to pick up your drink. I had to ask the name of the employee who was handling everything in the front because she was moving fast and very... professional. I hope Kayla is a manager because the way she was handling things she just made my morning. I know you have toknow people names in Starbucks but she would say the persons name and say yes I?m fixing this right now for you. Even someonewith broken English came up to her while she was making the order and she was handling that while she was making an order.
