I came to Starbucks on Charleston and Lamb around 11:25pm and was refused service. They said the systems were down, yet when... I've previously visited during this period, service had still been provided. I'm aware that this location shuts at 11:30 p.m.,therefore I'm curious as to whether or not my request for customer service was turned down since they were about to close. Read more

This location takes WAY to long drive thru or inside!!! No matter what time of day!!!! This time took from 8:44am till 9:02am to... get and this was inside!!! Do not waste your time at this location if you are in a hurry or on your way to work, I promise you,you will be late!!!! Read more

I ordered through the app and I used my points. I went inside to pick up my order. Only my drink was there. I told the lady I... had ordered a brownie. The lady said it would be right out. I waited. The lady said there were no brownies. She asked if Iwanted something else or a refund. I said a refund. I had to stand in line for a refund. I told the lady I used my points. Therefunded me $3 dollars. My time is worth more than $3 dollars and the attitude I received. I'm disappointed. Read more

The music is way too loud so that you can't hear your name to pick up your drink. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my... daughter's drink to be ready until I went up and asked if it was ready and they said with a polite but smug tone it's righthere. We sat there the whole time and never heard a single name called. Read more

I had to ask the name of the employee who was handling everything in the front because she was moving fast and very... professional. I hope Kayla is a manager because the way she was handling things she just made my morning. I know you have toknow people names in Starbucks but she would say the persons name and say yes I?m fixing this right now for you. Even someonewith broken English came up to her while she was making the order and she was handling that while she was making an order. Imean just the best customer service I?ve seen in Las Vegas because for some reason customer service isn?t that great out herebut this has been the best I?ve ever seen that I had to write a review and I don?t even do that . Honestly terrible experience, I'm really shy and avoid confrontations at all costs, but this is the first and last time I'll be... ordering from this store. I am always afraid to order via apps, but I tried it out this time and while that was very easy toplace the order...but it was frustrating as I expected it to warn me once the order was ready... it only gave an ETA for thetime it would take to get it done. I literally work across the street from this store, it would not take me longer than 5 minsto arrive to pick it up. But I gave an extra 10 mins from the eta of when it should have been ready...just in case they werebusy and that may have been the worst decision. I had ordered 2 Ham and Swiss on Baguette, one caramel frap, and an iced coffeewith milk. When I arrived, only my frap was sitting on the counter. Basically pushed aside to a corner, I had tried to waitpatiently for one of the employees to speak to me. I wanted to be respectful and understand as I worked food before, they had aterrifying drive-thru line and it was building up inside too. I remember the stress that came with that, but seeing as theyignored me and everyone else who had already ordered in the lobby as well was down right awful. Eventually, a lady asked what Ihad been waiting for and I explained I had ordered via the app and I saw the frap was ready, but was wondering about the otherfood. She proceeded to tell me the order must have been taken and simply looked at me silently afterwards that without evenoffering to remake it. Another gentleman behind her probably noticed the look of confusion I gave her and stated he would remakeeverything I was missing. That was fine, I understand mistakes happen...but after that I was given an iced coffee with syrup,but never had any mlik put into it and was sent on my way. Every time I see my doctor, I stop in at this Starbucks located at 4505 E Charleston. So you can imagine that I haven't been... here in quite some time. This morning I was astonished to see that this relatively new Starbucks was very crowded since only ayear and a half ago it was brand new, and only a handful of customers frequented here. This store is much larger than most andone of the few Starbucks that still have comfy chairs for customers to sit as well as the now-standard hard seating and tables.I come here, as I said, because it's only a few minutes from my doctor at Culinary Health Center. But I also come here becausethe staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel very welcome. One woman, in particular, brightens my entire day with herbroad smile and inviting repartee. She knows who she is, so I won't embarrass her by using her name. You don't often go to"any" Starbucks these days because of people, but in this case, I always make an exception when in the area. I walked in to this location for the first time, I ordered my drink at 08:28:12 am as showing in the label on the cup and got my... order at 08:44am. So many customers lined up at mobile ????ordered area for pickup. So behind and slow barestas and may beshort handed (8 workers) in this shift. So many yelling, talking, screaming behind the counter unprofessional. My drink wasok, tables in the lobby were dirty and flies all over the place.
