People, please do not buy their breakfast sandwiches. I bought one this morning at 9:20 through the drive thru and started... eating it like 10 minutes after when I got to work, the sandwich was chewy to the point of being hard. I called the store andthe girl told me their sandwiches were frozen that they just pop in the microwave to reheat. If I would have known this, I wouldhave not bought it. This is the reason I don't buy Jimmy Deans sandwiches. :( Read more
I love this Starbucks. They are always kind to my daughter and I. A month ago, one of the baristas gave her a lollipop for free.... So sweet. I loved the message on the bathroom mirror ????. Very important for people to see that and be reminded of that. Bless. Read more
Yesterday I had the best customer service experience ever I went to the drive through not knowing what to order and Debby... recommended me a drink it was a venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, with two blond shots, 8 pumps white mocha, 6vanilla, made with sweat cream, line cup w/caramel, extra vanilla sweet cream foam, extra ice in a trenta cup really the bestdrink I?ve ever had I highly recommend it and just her energy was amazing next time I go I hope she is working. This Starbucks is located on the busy intersection of W Charleston rd. and S Decatur Blvd . Location is very busy and the... parking lot can be very tight, because it?s very small. The shop is always clean. They do have a drive-thru , but unfortunatelyno patio seating area. I always enjoy my cappuccino at this location and have a great experience. The staff is always friendlyand courteous. They always welcome you with a smile ????. Definitely recommend it. Read more
Rough parking, and watch the lot driving a lot of traffic and just a long time in the drive threw, so I went in to relax and got... $30 in gift cards and asked for a cup of coffee in a ceramic cup and was told the don't have them but I could buy one I was verydisappointed and walked out.:( Read more
