Went from 5 stars to 1. Waited 30 mins for two drinks. Asked for refund and didn't take the drinks. Nobody should have to wait... inside for 30 mins when they put in a mobile order. For exact transparency, one drink was sitting for 27 mins while I waited forboth drinks to be ready. Read more

The Starbucks on Craig and Jones is always full of people that know what customer care is, always very kind and sweet

No customer service...7-9 staff, not one looked up when we walked in to welcome us, nor all the people that followed. Our order... sat for 5 mins before we had to get it ourselves, nobody called our name to pick it up. First in line but nobody called orlooked at us (4 mins)to take our order, we finally had to ask them to take our order. No customer service. Either go to adifferent location or a Dutch Bros as none of these people care about you, nor should have a job. Read more

Convenient location right off the 215. Nice, modern seating with lots of power outlets for those looking to work on site.

It's a Starbucks. Pretty much what I expected. Nicely tucked right off the 215, so good to get to/from work or in general.

A decent Starbucks, very cleaned tables, chairs, and bathroom smells fresh. Staffs greet when you enter the store. My venti... white chocolate mocha & feta spinach wrap served in a right temperature. Read more

Starbucks is a great place to meet! However, I don't like coffee and don't drink sugar-laden drinks. The one drink I thought... might be low sugar is a bottled vegetable drink but it had 36g of sugar. So it's water for me. It's been a while since I've beenin a Starbucks due to the pandemic but they usually had one vegetable drink that was low sugar. Read more
