I've been in Nevada for 6 years and this is 1 of my main Starbucks until this morning Nov 17 the customer service was really... off not happy jolly ???? not even a conversation. It was like a cemetery. I always go to a Starbucks because just the welcometo Starbucks and a smile get my day started. I asked a question the cashier did not know the answer so he asked the manager andit was like pulling teeth even after I Google it and showed her (Mango) it was like a whatever. The worst employees at this location. They never open on time. They should be open like google maps is showing. Starbucks hire... more responsible workers that care. Not to mention they always get my order wrong through drive through. I tell them what I wantand they assume because I said cold brew I want an iced coffee but they don?t stop to listen to your order so then I gotta waitextra time so they can fix their mistake. I used to stop here almost everyday before work and they never disappointed. Lately, it is a different story. My venti... cappuccino is literally half full, and tastes like the Stevia packets requested in the order didn't make it into my cup. My"hot" breakfast is ice cold. I don't know what's going on with this location, since there was only 3 cars in a normally packeddrive-thru and only 2 other people in the lobby, it's not like they haven't dealt with 5x the crowd on a Monday morning. It's just your classic Starbucks location but it's really open inside and rarely too loud. Easier to park not in the direct lot... as the drive thru often backs up. Read more
