My favorite, favorite Thai restaurant in all of Las Vegas. I first discovered this place in 2007 (I think), during the NBA... All-star games. Krung Siam is located off the Vegas strip in the Chinatown restaurant area of Las Vegas. Some of the best chefsfrom the strip have opened "less portentous and pricey" restaurants. They are known for their great drinks and Chilean SeaBass. The food never disappoints and the presentation is also on point. The risotto that comes with the sea bass is thecreamiest ever. My husband and I stopped in for some coffee and breakfast. The young gentleman in front took our order down and as we waited... patiently for our order we noticed that the other customers that had ordered after us were getting their orders before us. So, Iwent to check on our order and it wasn?t ready and then the young lady asked us what we ordered and as we told her sheapologized and said she was going to get it ready for us and then the store manager Yvonne stepped in and asked us as well whatwe ordered and she immediately apologized to us again and jumped into action with her team to get our order for us. Her team gotour order done quickly and ready for us! She also gave us a GC for our next purchased and apologized for the wait. I was veryimpressed with the customer service in this store, that everyone needs to learn from this!! The team here are great. All things were as ordered and came quickly. Everyone was friendly. As a late evening diner I had the... place to myself. There was a full cabinet of baked goods and food items. All were available even an hour before closing. My foodwas fresh and warm. My breve latte was perfect. Read more
