Came in, nobody was at the register and just said Hello, out of nowhere this guy that?s making coffees screams at me with... attitude saying to give them a second. No need for the attitude sir, I just said hi. 5 seconds later a very nice girl comes andtakes care of me but this guy completely ruined my experience. Came early morning to get my coffee, wake myself up and get my day started nicely. I ordered my coffee and an almond croissant.... The place was not crowded at all, I had 3 ppl in front of me, so I order pretty fast. Now the issue came with this lady at theend of the line where you pick up your order. Her name is Letty, she was the one in charge of giving guests their orders. Iwanted to settle down on a table to enjoy my coffee and croissant. But this lady even though the guest where right there just acouple of feet away from her she was yelling out loud tp almost the top of her lungs. Don't get me wrong I can understand thatStarbucks gets busy and sometimes you can't hear when they call the orders, but it wasn't the case. I stand in front of her facewaiting on my coffee and she still yelled super loud in front of my face. She made it so incofortable that I left. I was goingto meet up some coworkers for a coffee meeting and the environment was so stressful with this lady yelling so much that idecided to leave and meet them somewhere more suitable. Read more

This Starbucks is tucked away INSIDE Treasure Island, always quick service.
Drinks quality is what you would expect from starbucks, and overpriced as you would expect from Vegas. But staff attitude really... sucks, so makes the price a lot less palletable. Read more
