I went in today and the 2 red head girls were really rude for no reason. had to pronounce my order 5 times and they still made... it wrong. Misheard ?strawberry acai lemonade? as 3 venti strawberry ones and I told them only 1 twice and they said but you said3, no I did not. Starting making my drink immediately and turned her back on me and i didnt even get to finish what I was sayingbecause she cut me off. I dont like the drinks with the berries in it but as soon as I said strawb açaí lemonade she turnedaround and started making it. Handed me my drink and said ?here? and than I left. Also just the facial expressions that the twogirls had was screaming, i dont wanna be here. just be more positive. Overpriced for a drink that wasnt even made right.Horrible service. Read more
Worst Starbucks place ever!!! There is an older lady who was taking out order and after I pronounced my name 10 times she didn't... write it down correctly instead she says that's close enough and she was rude. The white chocolate mocha didn't have any tastein it. Egg bites didn't taste the same at all. I wonder how this place is running with substandard customer service. Read more
Paid $8.40 instead of $5.25, what I pay years now everyday for a coffee I literally get everyday. This Starbucks has the worst... prices in the world unreasonably and with very bad attitude as they treated my wife so bad and even started gossiping us behindthe counter for stating the obvious. This review is for Starbucks inside of TI not the one outside. (They have two Starbucks) I have never received a venti shaken... expresso with this much foam. I could of paid for a tall or grande with the same amount I received. I spoke to a worker from theway she was dressed I can tell she was a manager or lead. Her only suggestion was either add more ice or milk. She was nothelpful and had an attitude. First time we came, the young woman who took my order was pleasant. Second time, I went around 7on a Thursday and there was no line. However there was No one at the cash register. I waited maybe a couple minutes and thendecided to leave. Unreasonably over priced, short staffed, and long waits. That?s the best way to describe this Starbucks cafe. Each drink is at... least $2 more expensive than any other Starbucks in Nevada! Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service. Rude to everyone person not Hispanic. We went 3 of the 4 days we stayed at Ti and not one... time were we treated nicely or even greeted at all. What do you want is how they took out order. Yet the family before and afterus all 3 times hi how are you. The final time we came the family before us ended up paying for our coffee. I couldn't believeit. He told us he was sorry and told the cashier she need to remember we are why she has a job. Unreal what's Happening. Askedfor the manager apparently she was the manager and didn't have anyone above her. We stay at Ti about 7 times a year at the veryleast. And the 4th day of this last trip, we walked to a different Starbucks. Happy to do it next visit. Read more
