This is a good Starbucks in central Las Vegas. I often use Desert Inn when I?m heading across town and like how it?s on my side... of the street (westbound DI) and I can grab a coffee on my way to appointments. Staff is friendly and efficient. The line movedsmoothly even though there were several cars ahead. My drink was yummy too! Read more

UPDATE, 13 August 22. It seems yet again at this store they have not learned to read. My wife sat in the drive thru for over 30... minutes, first they forget my Trenta strawberry refresher, then make it wrong yet again. I got a cup of water with 2strawberries in it. Everyone in this store should be fired for what seems to be an ongoing persistent problem that seems to beonly in this location. The service is absolutely horrible. Read more
This specific Starbucks is the busiest in the area that offers drive thru and cafe. I praise all the baristas for their service.... With that in mind, feel free to go to another location if you feel this location is subpar to your high maintenance standards.Better yet apply, put on the apron and experience how these baristas are treated at times at drive thru/ cafe. Every other morning I stop at this coffee shop and my experiences are mostly great! Coffee is always fresh and the baristas are... always full of energy and great you as soon as you get in the store. Mostly everyday works only girls and they are fantastic.The only issue was that I went to the bathroom and they threw away my water thinking that I left ????????????. Thank you guysfor having so much energy and making my mornings easier to start! Read more
Only been to this location twice and both times have been horrendous wait times. I don't know if they're short staffed or the... staff is just not good. Waited in the drive thru for literally over 15 minutes before I even ordered and of course once you'rein the line, you're stuck because of the design. Terrible. Read more
