I ordered 2 drinks on the drive thru and they could not get it right
Terrible service. Was there 4/22 at 11:20am. Ordered a latte and a cold brew with creamer. The cold brew looking like it was a... glass of milk. I told the girl that it wasn?t right, she offered to replace it, I told her I didn?t have time and I didn?t wantit. Instead of offering me a different solution she said ?ok?, walked away and started helping another customer. I left thedrink there. Read more
Christmas cups released, sign says 2 per household and this batista is ringing up more than 2 per person and more than 2 per... household. Lady says my daughter is buying the rest he rings them right up! Thanks for making a policy and sticking to it! Whyeven make a sign if you aren't going to follow it? Read more

The one and only Christian makes this place worth while! He makes the kids "special pink drink" of lemonade and strawberry puree... and they talk about it for hours. Thank you for being so kind and making Starbucks wonderful. Read more
I myself don't like starbuck coffee, plus it's overpriced-- when you order a cold latte, they load it with ice & that is what... you are paying for. When you ask for easy on the ice, it goes in one ear and out the other. Read more
Walked up to the counter, there were two employees. One was making a drink and the other was obviously checking out for the day.... Neither even acknowledged us. The one checking out was literally standing at the register directly in front of us. We stoodthere for 3 mins and were never spoken too or even looked at. I knew the time because I noticed it when I pulled my Starbucksapp up it was 2:57pm. Shocked at how the only concern the red head had was splitting the tips they had made instead of a "hey wewill be right with you". Not one word was said so we left and will not be back. Read more
