I?ve had two bad experiences back to back With this location, so it?s time to finally review it. Both of my occurrences were in... the drive-through, and both of them happen to be when I got to the window. First time, the lady was just plain out rude to me asif I had done something to her and yet I?ve never seen this girl before in my life so one star for her. This time around I justgot an entire lesson on whether I should be ordering a ?stirred? vs ?upside down? ? I go to the rainbow location they tell me ifyou ever want your drink made to where the entire thing is stirred, you need to request that it?s upside down? Mind you I usedto ask for it stirred because it just made sense to request for it stirred, and i complied and did that at a few locations andit worked. I get to the Durango location today, and I request for it upside down and it?s not the way I was expecting, so I justsaid excuse me can you stir this please, and then she proceeds to give me an entire lesson on making sure I request that it?sstirred next time and not request that it?s upside down and then explaining all the shots and the milks and the espresso layersto me? Now that would be fine and all, you know, to make me feel like a complete idiot, IF all your locations were consistent?But if you are going to sit there and make your line get longer and longer and not give me my drink and let me leave until youexplained yourself to me, that?s excessive, and actually kind of aggressive. Three stars bc the barista in the background madeit right and did make the drink the way i asked. Maybe don?t belittle your customers for not knowing the exact terminology. Idon?t think I?ll give this location another chance. Read more
Very busy spot. Kinda small too. The employees are friendly, if your in a rush this is not the one to go to .
I come here just about every other day before and after work. I have experienced the customer service from all shifts as this is... my go-to store near my house. This store is consistently amazing to me. Their customer service is always top notch even at theend of a shift. You can really tell that they have a good manager that keeps the atmosphere light and cheerful. Everyone hereseems to enjoy the store they work at and it translates into every one of my experiences. Super friendly staff. I ordered inside but they also had a drive-through. My favorite baked good was out of stock and the... barista helped me pick out something new. I left with a smile and a cookie. Read more
Every morning this Starbucks store is my first pit stop to get my fresh start. There?s very friendly staff specially Mr Michael.... Everybody is profesional even tho in the rush hours. Always well spoken and friendly staff. The restrooms are always clean andthe place is always clean too. The drive thru is super fast, I believe that is the fastest drive thru in Vegas. When they justopened this branch I was having issues with my drinks but they improved that in a 100% way positive. My drinks are always good.Thank you guys for making my daily start so delicious. Crazy that they charge for extra cream. I like my coffee sweet and blond. Gonna have to start liking it sweet and dish water... blond. Not happy at all. Bring back the area where we could doctor our own drinks. Read more
