Whoever is the manager here, maybe you shouldn't leave someone who is brand new by themselves. She didn't even know what the... Stars Rewards were! I was trying to use my rewards points for my free drink. She first took it off my least expensive drinkand I asked her to fix it then she proceeds to charge me for both drinks and says she doesn't know what the Star Rewards are?!!
