Whoever is the manager here, maybe you shouldn't leave someone who is brand new by themselves. She didn't even know what the... Stars Rewards were! I was trying to use my rewards points for my free drink. She first took it off my least expensive drinkand I asked her to fix it then she proceeds to charge me for both drinks and says she doesn't know what the Star Rewards are?!! Starbucks is on every corner. I don't drink caffeine so my phone often confuses them from Vons. When I used to frequent... Starbucks I thought they were a bit pricey and full of too much sugar. But I never had a real problem so I think 3 stars isfair. Read more
Service with a smile. The transaction before mine required some sort of manager approval/override, Ashley the barista, politely... excused herself to get help in a quick manner. Once she interacted with me she apologized about the inconvenience. She was sosweet and polite. Read more
I came in during the morning, 1 barista, 4 people waiting. I got up to the counter, asked for a Cascara cold brew. She looked at... me with this strange stare, mouth agape. "Whats that?" She shrugged, as she proceeded to grab a set of flashcards on a ring,showing the types of drinks. "What kind of milk do you want?" I politely explained that it wasn't how that works. She had noidea, threw some cold brew in a cup and poured milk on it. I then drove to the real Starbucks, they made it right, even laughedwhen I told them I got it at the Vons. Lesson learned. Thought that I would stop at this location to have lunch. I ordered a protein box and a tea. 10 mins in, no tea. I go to the... counter and ask if there is a tea behind the register on tje counter. One of the employees asked me if I paid for it, as thoughI was just there waiting around for free servings of tea. This rubbed me the wrong way. Don't presume that your customers arescum and are just looking for free food. Work on your customer service skill, please. Read more
A Mermaid frappe and a Chai Tea latte. Both very tasty. It is great to grab a beverage then shop at Vons. Google a recipe for... whatever happens to be on sale then treasure hunt for the required ingredients. There is a nice seating area to park yourteens... :) Read more
