This Starbucks ? is one of the busiest in the southern end of the valley. Before the pandemic it was the site of the great... hang. I think it's because you could lose yourself in the big, deep, comfy leather chairs. The original store in this shoppingcenter didn't have a drive through, so the company built a stand-along store with one. The line of cars ???? can be so longyou'd think they were giving something away free. This Starbucks is next to a car wash, so at least you have somethinginteresting to watch as you wait for your turn. This Starbucks has two connecting outdoor patios:???? one faces MarylandParkway and one in front of the store staring at the shopping center. Good luck finding a spot in the spring and fall when theweather is glorious in Las Vegas. ? There is usually a wait no matter which way you go. If you wait in your car, have some goodmusic playing ???? because you are going to be there for awhile. If you go inside, it takes longer than usual to get yourpurchase because the drive through is so busy. If I'm in a hurry, I drive north on Maryland Parkway and visit the store atWindmill, which is almost always empty. The manager can be grumpy too. But the baristas know how to handle the pressure and cankeep up the pace. ? Read more
This review is to pass along props to Jessica. She has been my barista now for a little over a year I'm always greeted with a... smile and she remembers my order even after not seeing me for a couple of months. She is very welcoming and always veryfriendly My order is always made correct and in a timely manner. I hope the management at this starbucks location realizes whatan asset she is to the starbucks franchise. I will go out of my way to visit this location just for Jessica. This is my uncle?s account and he took me to Starbucks for my first time an I had a small vanilla bean frap but there was only... 1/3 of the actual drink and all the rest was gross ice stuff and whip cream. I?m highly disappointed in this franchise and ifthey want people of my gen to come here they need to step up there game and not just play on the name. Read more
Curtis is awesome. I messed up my orrery and send to wrong store, he was very helpful and very nice. There needs to be more... people like him on all the Starbucks. This store is hard t get to because there is not much parking, but it?s worth it as theyalways get my order right. Read more

Honestly this review would have been a one star since I waited 20 minutes for a coffee but the only reason I even came on here... to write a review was for the young man named Matthew who helped us today. His coworker was so slow and useless yet he kept apositive attitude and tried to do it all from taking our order to marking the cups to making the coffee. If I wa him I wouldhave had a bad attitude due to being left to basically work alone since his coworker was painful to watch but he still stayedcompletely professional. The location has changed, as they built a big building with a drive through right in front of Cicis. It was originally located... at the corner building where Chase Bank is on the Smith's shopping center. Friendly staff, always clean and professional. Read more
