It's food It's OK not bad

Trying to remember this steak and shake, if it was this one or the other, At least they made clear of why I am unequalized even... till this day. ... at 16 years old in 2016-2017 when they changed their eyes and unequalized me as a child. Was definitelytreated wrongly from the waitress. Living with that heart-hurt feeling. After getting hit by a 3,000 pound car the last year ofchildhood nineTEEN, All memory was lost until my angels and I had United as one. Trying to put the pieces together. Praying thatthey learn about perspective from their lack of perspective understanding as a child. All foods and beverages at restaurantsshould be vegan and gluten-free. Invest wisely. A little busy ..... but I was starving...so all yummy

Always good food but this time paired with over the top service. Even left a comment card , that how great the service was !

Not worth going to. Food was cold when received and was told they didn't have the ingredients to make a chili three way. The... waitress Sheneka stated the manager would comp us for the chili. Really????? We had to track her down for our bill after a totaltime in the restaurant of 43 minutes. We found her fratinizing with a male who was not making an order. She had our bill in herhand. Being in customer service for 40 years I was appalled at the urgency of the staff. DON'T go there unless you likedisappointment. Read more

It's really good food... as long as they don't completely delete your order from the quene during the lunch rush. There was no... way for me to tell they forgot the order until an hour later. smh Read more

Better than Shake Shack, worse than In-N-Out. Decent burger with crunchy vegetables and salty fries, but fries too thin, all... breading and no potato. Awesome banana shake, price for meal felt fair, but service very slow, waited way too long consideringthe volume of people there before server approached us. Also, this location says open, but they were still building tables andwhatever else, drilling and banging while we were eating. Made for a pretty shite dining experience. Read more
