I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and had them delivered via Uber eats. I received both sandwiches with completely different... items then ordered. On 9/7/2022 at approximately 1:00pm, I went to this location to order sandwiches!! As I viewed the menu, I noticed the... “mini” sub and inquired about its size as I wanted to get a kids sandwich for my grandson. When told the size, 3”, I saidthat was perfect and requested tuna as my topping!! I was informed that it could only be turkey or roast beef for the kidssandwich. I asked if those sandwiches were pre-made and was informed they were not. I was not understanding why I couldn’thave the topping of my choice and the two female workers on shift said that that was the only way the mini sub came. I wasstill questioning, when one of the female employees (not the person making my sandwiches) came forward to say that that’s theway it is and “if I didn’t like it, I could go somewhere else”!! Before this was even said to me, I had already acquiescedand ordered a six inch sandwich!! Her comment was unnecessary, unprofessional and disrespectful. Her customer service skills arelacking at best or better yet, nonexistent !! I could have gone down her same path and been just as accommodating by ordering 6more sandwiches and when I got to the register, changed my mind and decided to do as she suggested, “go somewhere else” mypoint being, she does not represent good customer service, and as a national chain, I would like to think that you want someonebetter representing Subway!! Based on the reviews I read for this location, it sounds like it hasn’t been her first offensiveencounter with customers!! Retraining and how best to let a customer down should be in her near future!! I doubt I will revisitthis location again!! Read more

I love this subway. I was served by Alaxandrea. The only one working in the store. Not only did she keep the store clean she... also served us a great sandwich. Her customer service was great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Read more

8/15 8pm, both staff members ignored me for 10 min, no greeting, no service, AirPods in. Only one in store and both looked at me... an neither could be bothered to come help. Read more

Just walked in after putting my baby to bed because online says they’re open until 10 PM. There was one lady on hand and she... had clearly started cleaning way too early. Then proceeds to tell me no we’re closed. I told her online it says they close at10 PM and she walks over to the lights to turn them off and say “that’s not my fault we close at 9 and just walks away fromme and proceeds to carry on with cleaning. I just got 3 subs from this place and i had horrible service. For one both girls (katie and torria) that where on shift didnt... not wash there hands before serving me. I got attitude all the way through making the sandwiches. Then the girl had a questionon the registrar and the other went and touched the screen with her hands qith the gloves on and then touched my sandwichwithout changing her gloves or washing her hands. Then the other girl that just took my money then proceeded to put gloves onqithout washing her hands and when i asked her to wash her hands she just put a little bit of soap on her hands and rinsed herhands and gave me so much attitude when i told her to actually wash her hands. I was told after walking in at 7:50 that they're closed and I have to be in the "store" before 8pm to get food. The same person... kept pulling his mask off his face to talk to people while leaning over food. I would reccomend retaining of staff members. Read more
