Person was admant about not taking order with 30 mins left of her shift
They took about 30 minutes to give us an order that we made online. Total wait was 50 minutes. So stupid.
The guy works very hard and their stuff is fresh. Got a great sandwich and a lot better than the location on Nellie and Lake... Mead. They suck over there. Read more
Just stopped by there to grab a sandwich, and the girl at the drive thru couldn?t accommodate a simple request. Her attitude was... rude and her tone was terrible. After giving the order she says ?well I?ll try to remember all of that? when honestly, it?s herjob to remember our order or at least write it down. Also, the screen was broken and it was super dark. The location needs to beremodeled. We left and went to another location. The screen worked, we were able to place an order and the service was muchbetter. I would have to say that I've either had some of the best service or the exact opposite and some terrible service I guess it's... hit or miss foods always just pretty standard they never seem to toast my sub enough though doesn't matter how many times I askand one night I did have one guy being crazy rude and wouldn't go get me the chips that I wanted. I just let it go and went homewith the ones he gave me LOL Read more
