I had a terrible experience at this subway tonight, the young man didn't talk, the young woman with the glasses was completely... rude, non professional, and no help whatsoever. To top if off, I asked about the mobile app, she said just order the food andthe price will come down when you check out. Again, no help, here I am sitting in the store, they put no cheese and don't offerme any toppings. I told her that she was completely unhelpful and she had no care in the world. I came home to realize therewasn't even cheese on my sandwich. I couldn't deal with her rudeness anymore, so I sent my husband back to the store to ask ifthey can fix my sandwich, she told him no, that what she ordered, and so he asked for the manager, she said sorry I'm themanager and threw a piece of cheese on the sandwich. This location is very inconsistent. I order online and pick up for work usually. Photo is of a double steak sub. It had almost... no meat and was mostly bread, even with bread being hollowed out. This is pretty common depending who's working. I'd advisegoing to a different location Read more

We paid for medium size drink, they gave us small and lied to us this is medium. When confronted, instead of giving us the... correct size, they gave us 30 cents back. We won?t be going there ever again. Read more

The worst service ever. Staff was rude . Bread was dry. Only light mayo, no option for regular. Lettuce was brown and soggy.... Don't waste your time or money. The counter top is supposed to be closed over the food, each time in between customers to helpcooling regulation, and keep any hair , bugs , debries from getting in the food. It was never closed. I never saw her wash herhands . She just put new gloves on improperly. And cross contaminating everything. Needless to say I paid for food I didn't eat. Read more

All of the workers are slow. No communication skills at all. Obviously no one stocked up for them. They need to hire new people... or get them trained faster. I usually don?t leave reviews but this is ridiculous. For 3 sandwiches took 30 minutes to make . Andhe wanted to charge me extra for 2 slices of ham when he only put 2 and wanted to charge extra for avacado and he barley putany. Please get new workers !!!! Read more
