I was here at 1:20am May 24. no one was greeting me. I called staffs so many times but nobody answered. I noticed there are... someone in the restroom and I knocked the door and a guy responded in female restroom. I was waiting for 10minutes and he isstill ignoring me in the female restroom lol. This was the most disgusting bathroom I've seen at a licensed establishment in many years. I went to the women's restroom as... well and it was just as bad. Makes me wonder how nasty the kitchen is. Do NOT recommend. Read more
This location.. where do I start. If you like being treated like you just walked in and bothered or interrupted there little pow... wow session and eyes being rolled back to the back of his head because you walked in.! This is the place. Not one single soulinside besides two young subway artist working there dreadful shift is the looks on their face. I feel bad for the elderly ladythat was just walking out. Who knows what they did to her sandwich. 1:30 pm I wanted my sandwich toasted. Young sandwich artistasked his fellow colleague if the toaster even works? He didn?t even know if it was on, so did the other sandwich artist. I toldhim I wanted my sandwich toasted can you check to see if it?s on or if it works? The face on the artist was candid. He did ablank stare and asked what do you want me to do? I said can you maybe put a piece of clean leftover bread or maybe a piece ofvegetable and turn on the oven to see if it toast? The young artist said with a sigh and a little shake to the head.. what doyou want me to waste a bread? I said no, I wouldn?t want you to waste anything at all. I said use something that?s not going togoing to waste and see if the oven works. He then reached for an unused cut of bread that they couldn?t use in trash next to thehand sink! That was it! I told myself I am not going to even waste my money, health and time trying to educate the artist on howhe should try to figure out customer service and how his systems and machines work. I told him I was leaving and I?m glad I did!Instead of confrontation I left and wrote this review instead I hope it gets to who ever is listening and retrain and retrainthese artist to smile and try pretending they want to work. I feel sorry to the owner of this Sandwich place just swing by 30 mins ago to buy my Son Italian BMT the young kid that try to... make my sandwich lack customer service acted like he doesn't care the way he handles the sandwich is very lousy I've never seenemployee like that I refused to buy the sandwich he was making and left the store your crew needs training Sir I've been toSubway by North Las Vegas Blvd and Lamb the crew in that Sandwich shop is Awesome maybe to you should send your crew their toget trained on how to handle food properly your sandwich cased are dirty maybe I call county food inspector to check your placeI normally don't give bad review on any business like your cause I understand how thought it is to run business but experiencedI encounter tonight with your food handler is horrible. Terrible experience at this location. We used the drive thru so I didn't see the finished product until I drove home. Italian... bread was hard and dried out. I have never had bad bread at a Subway. Until yesterday. Asked for olives and there was a total of4 slices on the entire sandwich. Also asked that they toast one sandwich and they failed to do so. Disappointed. My advice is tokeep on driving to the next Subway.???????? Read more
i went to subway late night for something with tomato sauce. i like the meatball sauce so the sub was good but the poor guy... making my sub was alone and it got a little busy there for a bit. but he took care of everybody pretty quick. i am jaded, i likesubway. Read more
The sub of the day meal deal is decent. The staff at this location were polite and efficient.
