Store says 24 hour, staff turned me away and quite rudely on my way to work because they had too many online orders. I?m sorry... but physically present customers should take priority. Or mark on the hours that certain hours are for online orders only. Read more
Place is not open 24 hours and the people barely speak any English can not understand what you are ordering or what they are... saying back. They will get your order wrong and the employees are the most unfriendly people on the face of this earth. Read more
They get the sandwiches right but every single time I order from this place, I am always missing items .. this time it was a bag... of Doritos and 4 missing cookies. I called them, and their ?remedy? was to tell me to call the manager tomorrow, who will verylikely ignore my complaint as it wasn?t managed by the restaurant immediately ..way to pass the buck!! .. prolly won?t everorder from this location again! Downloaded app, ordered, went to pickup, got home, sandwiches were thrown together, bread old, ordered extra protein with... simple instructions, not followed, called talked with an older lady, very polite, fully back into store literally 8 mindslater she's gone, and 3 Hispanics women were there, they rummaged through sandwich and tried to give me back the torn upsandwich. Then instead of replacing or dr refunding me they proceeded to belittle and chastise me in Español amongst eachother. They can have it all, the money and the nasty sandwich, there's plenty of other shops in close proximity! See picturesplease, save yourself time, GO IN PERSON IF WANT DESCENT SERVICE. Read more
Love the reboot. "Cleaner" sandwiches, better meats. I have managed to lose 26 lbs so far eating 6 inch ham and cheese subs.... It's definitely a thing. One of the few things I can eat consistently, feel full, tastes great and still lose weight. I likethe simpler menus with streamlined choices. My son loves the Cali fresh sub. Read more
The new bread is really good. But I'm very concerned about the portion servings now. Their old thicker slices used to be very... easy to count and portion. But, now the meat is sliced very thin. I love thin sliced meat! But, now it is making it difficultfor the sandwich artists to properly portion the serving. When asked, the employee said, "They do give us a number of slices,but these slices tear up so easily, you never can count on full size pieces. So, we just guess." Now, my sandwich meat portionsize is subjective and variable. Hey Subway, why aren't you weighing out the meat portions, like most other places? This willkeep me from returning on a regular basis. I'll go to places that build bigger sandwiches. At least their bread isn't dry andcrumbly, like it used to be! It's more like a French baguette than an Italian bread.
