Been here twice already in a week. We discovered this place by chance, our 3yr old wanted to dine in a restaurant but it was... already late and all the places we tried to get into was not able to accommodate coz they had last call already. We came hereand was welcomed even though they were closing in 30mins. We got seaweed salad, spicy garlic edamame, regular edamame, housesalad, 2 different kinds of regular rolls, 1 deep fried classic tempura roll, and teriyaki beed dinner entree. Everything weordered was good but today we decided to come back for their frieds rolls and apicy garlic edamame. The deep fried rolls wereall great. We had the classic tempura roll, heart attack roll and the megabucks. I would say, we finally found our favoriteresto for a japanese fried roll. Another big plus with this resto is the service, the service is very quick, it is comparableto a fast food but service is very good, you are well attended by the servers. As I continue my journey of eating in Las Vegas, I found my in a situation where I needed to treat my fiancee to a wonderful... meal for her birthday. I had to stop at a couple near by stores and just happen to see Tanuki across the parking lot. So why notright? Tanuki put me in the mindset of sitting in a beautiful Japanese eatery when I walked in the door. Greeted by two adorablelittle Tanuki at the door, we were seated quickly by our hostess and given the menu. There where so many options we had to takesome extra time. After we ordered I enjoyed a nice hot cup of green tea and waited for our rolls. It took no longer than 5minutes for us to receive our first roll, I took a picture, then the second roll showed up. Not long after we tried both rolls,my Beef Udon made its way to the table. I was stunned at the speed in which everything was brought to the table. All the foodwas amazing and super filling. For the first 5 star review of 2022 I recommend SUSHI TANUKI!!! I will be returning. Read more
