I have to say that this taco bell is also well trained and well staffed. It may or may not be the same owner as another one near... here that I reviewed. Recently relocated to this area of town and I am so impressed with the great customer service here.Everyone is so friendly. If I could give zero, I would! We ordered thru mobile app and after waiting in line for almost 30 mins, wasting time and gas,... they said out order doesn?t show up in their system. And I asked if they could just take whatever I ordered online, they saidthey couldnt do anything about it!!!! Really bad service! Read more
If I could give a word of advice?. Do not go here, If I could put 0 stars I would. Sat in the drive thru at the window for 20... mins waiting for them to take my order. I thought that maybe they were short staffed so I remained patient. After a bit I wentto the entrance and there were about 5 workers standing around talking to what it seemed like friends at the counter. Apparentlythe inside dining room area was closed but they opened the door. I explained that we have been sitting out there for 20 minutesand have not been asked to order or anything. There was silence. I asked ?well are you going to take our orders or not? two ofthe workers just laughed. The manager didn?t speak and just stood there. I understand if a place is short staffed but to have 5people standing around long enough that 6 cars left behind us is completely disgusting. Do better. Read more
I arrived at this Taco Bell at 10:20 pm. It is now 11pm and I still haven?t even placed my order. This was the slowest ?fast... food? experience I?ve ever encountered. Big thumbs down. Read more
Friendly staff. Inside is nice and neat. On a side note... Because of Dutch Bros coffee, it's extremely frustrating to get... into the drive-thru. Even though they have people directly, it's still a mess!! Read more
Horrible service! check my order just to find out that main items were missing. Process to go back in and get the items just got... them to tell me to get back in line?! Then I tell them that I was missing items and they just walked away. And waited another 5-10 mins Really???? The manager Claire looked at me multiple times and said nothing even when I went inside to see about theitems! I'm not one to complain but dang. They keep messing up the orders time and time again. My iced coffee tasted burnt and with no cinnamon. The Diablo sauce I asked... for was hot sauce and the taco supremes were plain tacos. Never going here again. This was my 3rd time at different hours of theday. 1 star is all this store gets until they train their employees. Stop hiring kids that don't want to work! Read more
Service was so bad and they got my order wrong even when I had ordered at the pad up front. I asked for no sour cream in my... tacos and for jalapeños, all the tacos had sour cream and no jalapeños. The lady also forgot my drinks and when I asked shegave me attitude. Wouldn?t come again, waste of $40. Read more
