Really friendly staff and good food, but looks like they hadn't cleaned or restocked a damn thing in hoursssss. I had missing items. The items I did have were made incorrectly. Portion size was incorrect. Lady in the drive thru was nice... nasty. I redeemed a reward through the app. I was supposed to have a chalupa but I didn't get it. I had to burritos which weremade severely incorrect. The first one was supposed to be: extra beans, extra cheese, extra red sauce. The second one wassupposed to be: extra cheese, extra red sauce, make it supreme (add sour cream & tomatoes). The burritos I received had extrasof absolutely nothing. As a matter of fact, both burritos were thin. I never do reviews but this was just ridiculous! Oh and totop it all off, instead of giving me regular Pepsi (which is what I ordered) they gave me DIET Pepsi. Read more
3:40 in the morning maybe 3 employees and they were faster than any other restaurant you could go to. Fresh and good.
I watched the employee working the drive thru take a bong or wax rig from an suv at the window (with lighter / torch) and about... to take a hit right there at the window, but last minute she pulled the bong/wax rig in the building out of view and shortlyhanded it back to the people in the suv. I stop at this taco bell near Lake mead and MLK. To try the new dbl beef and cheese $2 burrito. They charged $ 2.48 each and... took 20 min to get my order. This was around 9pm and 3 cars in drive through and 3 guest inside. There were 8 employeesworking.and the air conditioning was not on. It was over 100 degrees in the store. First time here but I loved the customer service and my Vegan cheesy rice burrito yep... Anything that has meat you can... substitute for black beans then add Fresco which is Vegan and vegetarian option, but instead of cheese you get tomatoes, onionsand cilantro. I went Sunday and today because the quality is amazing please don't give up on that, I know personally working in fast food it... gets tough but please when you read this listen...
