Based on the one time I ordered here everything was perfect and was a very similar experience to the location on Paradise. I... ordered carry out but I did briefly whiff the awful smell as others have mentioned while inside the restaurant. 4/5 stars, takecare of that smell ???? Read more

I had the large chicken teriyaki with noodles & veggies. AWESOME! Plenty of meat, not all filler. Delicious & nicely cooked &... presented. My hubby got the steak teriyaki bowl & wished he?d gotten the chicken! The restaurant tables were a little dirty &there were several children in the back two tables that apparently were related to employees. That caused a few interruptions(along with a lot of noise) & it seemed to delay food prep. Thankfully we got our items TO GO! Very pleased with my food, Ienjoyed being away from the restaurant though. They indicated they work with most food delivery services, which is always a goodperk! Read more

Teriyaki madness on Nellis blvd Charleston Blvd, The food at this place is delicious, but I stopped buying food from here... because when you walk inside the restaurant there is a hideous hideous bad smell, an advice for the owner; Buy an air purifierindustrial size, that way is not so unpleasant to dine in the restaurant, it makes me think that the smell somehow is mixingwith the food being cooked the smell is like rotten eggs. it hits you on the nose as soon as you put one step inside therestaurant please fix that problem. So my daughter's and I are here attempting to sit down and eat lunch. The cashier asked for here or to go...I say for here. The... waiter brings our food in a bag I say it's for here can I get a plate/bowl the guy says we don't have extra bowls ok well Iwould like whatever is used for dine in. We use to go for dine in as well he says. Ok well may we please have something to eaton he refused. I asked to speak with a manager and then the cashier brings me 2paper plates stating it messes up inventory togive an extra bowl. Ok you should have offered me a paper plate when I asked the first time.... especially when a customerspends $30 for 2 items!!! Never again horrible service Read more

Good food. The large bowl is the best value for the money, at $13. It's large enough for two people and then some. The terriyaki... sauce is tasty. The chicken is plentiful, could maybe use more steamed veggies. That's my opinion. Read more

Terrible place to eat. First of all it smelled like straight sewage. The smell had nothing to do with this being Vegas because... we all know there are some stinky parts, but just rank like the inside of an old bacteria infested pipe. The cashier who was soeager to help me and my husband was just about as rude as can be, he and his cashier friend hard breathing and eye rolling forwhatever reason and one worker in the kitchen just stared me down and then walked up on us without saying anything " no excuseme or anything" . I don't understand why we were treated less than? I paid for my food just like everybody else, I didn't askfor anything free. My food was 60 percent veggies and the rest overcooked old rice and 4 strips of chicken. I don't like wastingmoney. Never again Read more

I should've looked at the previous reviews. They haven't changed much. First time eating here & the staff were extremely rude &... honestly simply lazy. The supervisor refused to correct the mistake the cashier made on one of our orders. We placed 3 separateorders, total roughly $80+ as mine alone was $40+, & yet we weren't allowed to even wash our hands. Thankfully we got our foodto go. We weren't greeted upon entering and the cashier didn't seem happy being there, her attitude showed on her face & how shetreated us, especially my niece. I felt she discriminated us based on how we looked and dressed. We're paying customers & shouldbe treated as such not treated as if we were in there begging for food. I was informed by another customer that the otherlocations service is not this horrible. She stated she don't normally come to this location either. Per the other customer, ifwe were at any other location, they would've easily fixed the cashiers mistake. If you want rude service, being ripped off, andaverage teriyaki chicken, then you have come to the right place. However, if you want some authentic teriyaki chicken that'sactually marinated not just smothered in sauce, check out Pacific Island Taste, Island Flavor, Grindz 2 Da Max, Paina Cafe, really any Hawaiian BBQ restaurant will hit the right spot. After giving their teriyaki bowl a try, I'm glad I didn't try theirchicken katsu, I have a feeling I would've been disappointed, more than I already was. Oh & not that big of a deal but a littleside note, their cashier who messed up on one of our orders learned something new tonight, "GF" on their menu stands for 'glutenfree'. I asked her what GF on their menu meant and she looked at me as if I had 7 heads. Read more
