The manager is a horrible human being. Just an awful person. Awful....
I went to this Terrible Herbst instead of my neighborhood location. I do coffee refills some mornings and filled up my Thermos... like I usually do. The register was being operated by the manager and eyes looked like they were going to fall out. "What's inthere!!!" She asked with an attitude. "Uh, coffee, it's a coffee refill" I replied. With an elevated voice (by now I was readyto pour the coffee out and go somewhere else) "that's like six cups of coffee!!!!" Line item on checkout says refill any sizeand it's three, not six. By now, she's embarrassed me in front of other customers as if I was a theif then said "system is downit needs to be cash". I pull out a hundred dollar bill because that is all I had and she replied "are you serious?!!!! Sir justgo and I never want to see you do this again!!!!!" Well, you won't. I will not ever go back here for fuel, drinks, Beer orsnacks again. If it weren't for the fact that my neighborhood store staff are nice, I would never go to another Terrible Herbstif they are okay with staff like this talking to customers this way. The fuel from my work trucks were coming from this station,not anymore!!!! Folks, always be careful who you mistreat when you are on the clock!!!!! Read more
