Just really disappointed they don't know anything I asked about. I'm picky, I recognize that. But you should know when syrups... are used vs fruits. Know the protein in your powders. If there is added sugar. I don't think this is isolated to justthis store. Your employees really need training on your products. Or something to reference. Read more

I have a gastro intestinal issue and a lot of the time smoothies are the only thing I'm actually capable of eating. Well today I... got off work at 4 in the morning and I was starving and all I wanted to do was grab my delicious smoothie and go home and go tobed. So I head to my trusty 24 hour local "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" and to my surprise it's closed.... I thought "well maybe theychanged their hours" the sign on the door still says 24 hours ...google says they're 24 hours, but lights are off and no one insight. I've been to Tropical Smoothie Cafes all over the US. I love the chain but not this location as it is by far the slowest... smoothie restaurant of any kind that I've ever been to. And the smoothies just never taste right. It can take 15-30 minutes percar in the drive-thru line for anyone to get their smoothie. This is with zero customers in the actual store. How in the worlddoes it take 15-30 minutes a car to make smoothies? Look at all the reviews and absolutely nothing being done. Save your timeand go somewhere else. Read more
I ordered online and it said my order would be ready for pick up at 2:15. My fiancé got there at 2:20 and nobody even... acknowledged her until 2:30. Once they finally did they said they haven?t started the order yet so it would be another 15minutes. I ordered the grilled cheese and this is what I got? Employees at this location were a absolute mess! The cooler was empty. They first tried to ring me up at the drive thru teller.... Which I didn?t like cause I gave them my phone for my rewards. They didn?t know how to run the register. I had a $5 reward thatthey couldn?t give me and I didn?t get my points for the purchase. The sunrise sunset smoothie was bland. Trash place - terrible employees - orders are never marked and wrong most of the time and their employees will provide zero info... when asking for management for complaints. And their security guard is all for violence against women. I said ?fuck you I?llcall corporate? and was threaten to be hit in the face in front of my 3 children.
