Did not honor buy 2 get one free promotional offer clearly posted. Made our order wrong. Had to have it remade. Then asked me 3... times what was ordered. Order was not complicated. Sent a 3rd employee to window to ask what went wrong. Asking what went rightwas more realistic. Then asked why I was mad. Ummmm because a smoothie should not be this hard to get and clearly brains are onshort supply today as 2 of your staff have taken this order and even repeated it back, but still can't process it. Lmao. Notropical smoothie at this household for a while. Honestly, the thought that they thought we were the problem... no one coulddrink their smoothie after all that. We just joked about how they were probably snot shakes and still not what we ordered. Kudosto the 3 stooges though. They ask for a tip right when you pay before you know how wrong things will go. Absolutely horrible experience. Ended up waiting in line for almost 20-25 minutes, and it wasn?t even busy when I pulled up,... probably two cars ahead of me. Had to wait a few more minutes at the window before the guy took my card to pay, which then tookeven longer to get my food. I wasnt going to write this post initially because of the wait time, I understand the staff shortagestruggle; but I came home and opened this and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a chipotle chicken club, and ended upgetting just chicken cheese and the sauce; Im missing half of my ingredients! So I'm not a huge smoothie fan but this place is pretty good. I did appreciate how clean the facility was and the color palette... they used made it bright and inviting. I got the kids chocolate chimp, because I like chocolate. It was good but I definitelyshould have gotten a fruity one like my wife, who got a kids jetty Jr. (strawberry and banana). It was much better than mine. Iwould definitely go back again to give another one a try. Just wish they came in smaller cups like the kids ones. I feel likethe normal size is a bit large. The staff was mainly young adults. So I don't hold it against them since it comes withexperience, but they could have a little better customer service. Didn't get that normal welcomed feel that you normally getfrom an establishment like this. So over all I have it 4 stars for now, as it was my first time and I would definitely like togo back. Better than Jamba Juice!!! I love the jetty junior. Perfect for a small quick treat. So cute and clean inside. They are always... staffed with like 5+ employees to manage food, smoothies and drive thru. Also have bathrooms inside. I always walk inside sincethe drive thru is long. Food is typically decent, when it?s made right which is 2 out of every 5 trips. Also, each trip is guarenteed 20 minutes spent... waiting in the drive thru OR inside. Today I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch with no tomatoes. Somehow after 15 minutes thatturned into a TBR with tomatoes and no bacon. This place?s service is terrible, slow, and overall not worth it.
