Cashier guy is extremely rude!!! People were coming in putting in orders and would get their shakes immediately after I had... placed my order, I was waiting nearly 10 mins until I went up to him to ask if he could check on my order, he looked at thereceipt did not speak a word and took someone else?s order! No Apology no I?ll get to it. Sorry I?ll check. Nothing!!!!! Can youplease train these kids customer service? Or maybe they should be doing a different job! I was taking my 30 min break and thiswas definitely a waste of time and to top it off deal w a rude kid w no manners or customer service! I went on 7/9 Saturday at2:19 pm so who ever worked that day on the register and at that location Is def representing Tropical Smoothie rude and notinviting what so ever!!!! If I listed all the things wrong with this establishment I would be able to write a research paper. The music is way too loud... where you can barely hear the person next to you. The staff is incredibly rude and over the top for simple service. You cantell most of the workers there are old and bitter by the way they handle their customers. My niece went to this place for aninterview and experienced prejudice over a bitter old lady with green hair. It?s very unfortunate and telling this lady did notlike my niece considering they had ?Hiring? signs - yet did not even want to give her the time of day to set up an interview.She also did say some offensive and derogatory comments to my niece. The service is atrocious. If you don?t want to work there,simply QUIT and find a job you?d actually be happy enough in. Kindness goes a long way and it?s sad to see so many mean, rude,and disrespectful humans in one establishment. It makes me wonder if there?s no corporation taking into account the way thestaff has treated customers or their fellow staff members like absolute trash - seeing as this has been happening in thisparticular place for years. Terrible and argumentative staff. Don't even bother wasting your money. They get your order wrong, blame you, roll their eyes,... get it wrong again, then try to argue with you. They are playing hip hop over the loud speaker like it's a night club so theycan't hear you. It's literally like something out of a comedy movie. The staff is careless and unruly. The owner needs to cleanhouse and fire these tyrants. I am forbidding my office to ever order from here again. Read more
I went around 5pm to pick up my order that I placed on Uber eats. The employees were playing some kind of prank by locking the... doors. I knocked and could see them laughing, if I hadn?t already paid I would?ve left. After about 5 minutes of being theiramusement, they unlocked the other door so myself and another customer could come in. Upon entering they had smiles on theirfaces but my no one was working on making the drinks/food. They ignored me when I asked about my pickup so I canceled and left.The $15 spent wasn?t worth anymore frustration. Read more
Customer service: Great Product: amazing Cleanliness: great I had a great experience and I was a bit shocked by the reviews.... When we went in there was an upset customer and it was a little tense but they got through the line quick and the environmentgot cozier. The lady helping me asked us to wait a moment which was fine and made our drinks pretty quick. Just my opinion theyseemed stressed and I?m assuming it?s due to rude impatient customers but if you guys see this I was very pleased and plan tocome back. Thank you. Read more
Clean location, staff was very friendly and quick. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and have different nutritional... boosts. You can also add different supplements to your smoothies. They also offer food options such as flat breads, quesadillas,wraps, and sandwiches. This location is open 24hours so you can even get a late night fix. Read more
I?ve been to several different Tropical Smoothie locations throughout Las Vegas and had good and bad situations. This was my... first time at this location. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Alicia. She was very nice and answered all myquestions as I wanted to try something new. She was very patient as the line was forming behind me. She talked me into theAcai Berry Boost smoothie and Chicken salad sand which combo with a banana. This was a awesome way to start off a alreadystressful day. I sat there and enjoyed my drink and food while I noticed she greeted everyone that came through and was verynice. I?m very impressed with this location. It?s easy to get to. Found multiple small round pieces of plastic in my smoothie! I uploaded the photo. I ordered the detox island greens and... initially thought it was pulp from the ginger. God knows how many pieces I swallowed without noticing. This was my first timetrying this place and I will not be coming back to this location.. Read more
