Is burnt and overcooked food acceptable to you? I hope the store manager is reading this. I honestly can?t believe your staff is... so non caring to the point that they are willing to serve and give food out like this to customers. This is the second time I?vehad problems with the food. Clearly standards don?t matter to you here. It seems like that especially that other people areexperiencing issues with the food here and nothing has been done about it! Normally I don't have any issues with product quality.. I went 2 nights ago and the last 3 times I went the smoothies were... watered down with ice... kind of a disappointment considering how much they cost you. Not that it isn't worth it but I would gomore in the afternoon for a good quality smoothie. Read more
Wasn't serving food and the smoothie had chunks of both fruit and ice. The staff was friendly. Kitchen looked clean but quality... of food continues to disappoint. This used to be such a great place. Read more
Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going to any tropical smoothies anymore, as they all have been pretty disappointing... recently!! My boyfriend and I ordered 2 smoothies, and they both tasted off! And my Strawberry banana smoothie tasty almostlike nothing! It tasted so watered down! The employees were at least nicer then employees at other locations in Vegas! Read more
This is what I got. A wrap that?s not even wrapped, falling apart filled with a lot of cheese and sauce. Not even edible, just... threw it away. If I could give negative stars I would. Read more
Worst salad ever, ordered extra shrimp, no rice and came with 4 shrimp, mustard dressing? Just ended up throwing it in the... trash. Great smoothies tho. My first time trying this and I am in love. I don't even get coffee anymore. I am currently hooked on the Mocha Madness. The... ladies at the window was very professional and courtesy. Very friendly. I didn't have to wait long for my drink and sandwich. Ilove how you can add things to the drink as well. Read more
If your craving for a refreshing drink it's a definite. The great thing about this place it's open for 24 hours. The food isn't... something I really enjoy it's pretty bland. But customer service is always good. Read more
