I very seldom drive thru drive thru, however temp. Was spiking up to 87 degrees already at 1230pm. I drove thru placed my drink... order at the window with crew member. Read reviews! Where do I begin...? I'm going to keep this short because I'm just going to contact corporate. Customer service... is the worse, I was rushed into ordering after only literally 1min after asking for a moment. Got to the window and the guyasked ifbI wanted to leave a tip...? It must've been for his great customer service skills. Obviously I'm being sarcastic. Theold lady slammed the window shut when we had a problem with the payment. I was asked 2 different times about what I had ordered,I even had to check my receipt to be sure. 1 star for the food only. As far as the smoothie and food; the smoothie lackedflavor and the pesto I ordered was not hot enough for the cheese to be melted and had an incredibly old tomato on it. Other thanthat it was okay. I will NEVER go here again and I am so happy I didn't give them one extra penny. The younger lady seemsprofessional but the guy and old lady need to find different professions. Read more

This has to be the worst place to go for a smoothie late at night I went on Friday night & the staff was not available. There... was cars waiting in line, multiple cars not just one and employees can be seen walking by the window but no one took orders.Wish I could say it was the first time but I also went earlier in the week last week and staff stated they were doing a shiftchange that it?d be done in 15 min. And I came back 30 minutes later and there was no one taking orders. Previous times this hashappened I would drive down to the rainbow location. If no one is actually going to work at night why not just shut it downinstead of wasting peoples time 24 hours means it?s available at all times not just during the day. Read more
This location is a hit or miss. It's honestly all on the staff on shift. It's to no surprise Tropical Smoothie Café is healthy... and delicious. What really sets a business apart is the customer service. I've been coming to this location for 2 months now.Their employee Jessica, is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to this location. They are professional, well mannered,exhibit attention to detail and recommend the best things on the menu which shows their understanding of the business andcustomer. If it wasn't for them and the team they work with, I probably would go to another location for my smoothie needs. Keephiring and/or developing motivated and well versed people like them and I'm sure this establishment will continue to have mybusiness. Read more
This is the second time in a row I?ve had a bad experience. I always order the veggie hummus bowl. This time?no hummus in both... the hummus bowls! Every time they forget some ingredient for this bowl, last time it was the avocado. Ridiculous. Their saladsare too expensive to be forgetting key ingredients. I love the hummus bowl but I don?t think I?ll be returning here anymore. Itried to call the store right away after both bad visits, and no one answers the phone. Read more
On 2/28 medication pill was found in a sandwich from Decatur and Flamingo location. Being extremely scared, called poison... control center and opened a case and took photos. Have pill in possession. Was sent to Emergency Room for evaluation andeventually discharged. I called the store and came in to speak with the manager and they said someone would call back. I alsocontacted Tropical Smoothie/Contact twice, called customer support 3 times, and even attempted to call Corporate. There hasbeen no follow up whatsoever for an ER visit based on as issue with their food. I have always been a fan but it is veryunfortunate there has been no follow up from Tropical Smoothie.
