Terrible service, no customer service. Got cussed out by light haired male employee for ordering in the app and driving through... the drive in because the lobby was closed. Never got drink. Nobody answers phone haven?t been able to receive a refund. Avoidthis one. Read more

Two young men working today seemed like they were completely in above their heads. They kept saying 'oh my god another... customer... really? Then I keep hearing them listing off ingredients, and cups/ lids that they are out of stock on. They startcursing. Yelling. One said the register went down. This is all after I already paid for my order so I was stuck if I wanted mysmoothie. Register comes back up. One calls their boss on speaker to give an update, and she curses and says she will head over.Where was she to order the products they need to run this business? Is she just hanging out at home all the time waiting for acall if once a problem arises? Management needs to make sure employees can do their job on a professional level. I just quit my job from this place! Do not work here! The management is so bad and the management does not care about the... workers. Me and some of my coworkers complained about a employee that is close to 2 distict managers here to corporate and 2 ofus got fired because we "dont do our job". There was no write ups no warning we just got fired and this was the 2nd day after wecomplained to corporate it makes no sense they are definitely just trying to retaliate! 4 of us just quit from this place while2 got fired, will never be going here again unless I'm here to visit an old coworker. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap but specified twice I wanted vegan chicken but when I got the wrap I asked the girl who made it if... she used vegan chicken & she didn't know what I was talking about, she asked the girl who took my order & she said ya we don'thave that so basically she ignored my request for vegan chicken & thought they could pass off real chicken which I don't eat bylying then i was told i could just take the chicken off the wrap, seriously! That's the whole wrap. Honestly I've never hadgood service at this place & week never go back. I will drive the 15 min down the road to one I know it's run correctly.Horrible management! FYI I gave the wrap to a homeless guy. Read more

Today, Aug 5 2022, my daughter ordered online and for delivery. We got it delivered but the order was wrong. The salad doesn't... even have chicken as according to the menu. We ordered a wrap but it came out flatbread. There were 3 bananas that we didnt evenorder. This is so frustrating. Somebody has to step up to improve your service. We tried to call but nobody is answering. Thisis a rip off. Read more

I?m disappointed in this location..ordered a drink through the drive thru and they decided to add a 15% Tip for themselves... without asking or saying anything to me. I noticed it on my receipt and thought it was weird. I NEVER have a problem tippingpeople for services rendered but doing it without my knowledge and having poor integrity trying to see if I won?t notice is notright. I asked the girl at the window if she had added a tip and her response nervously was ?the system does it automatically?.Despite the fact I?ve been here before and that has never happened. Went to the location ordered a smoothie and flatbread, the order was placed with no chicken and to make using vegetarian chicken... as shown on the receipt. After picking up the order and going outside to eat since inside dining is not allowed, after a fewbites it seemed something was not right as vegetarian chicken should not have veins in the pieces. I then went inside andconsulted the lady that took my order, if this was vegetarian chicken, she says no I made it with real chicken. I then asked wasthe order not to have real chicken, she then says I forgot, as it was no big deal, and I can make another one for you. I toldher that is not the point, I already consumed chicken from the original one. I then asked if I can speak with a manager, shesays I'm the manager. I then ask if their is someone else to speak to about this situation she says no, just go to the websiteon the receipt. This was a real disappointment at how no one cares and their is no one willing to take responsibility for suchcareless actions. It's been over five days after consuming the chicken and I am still ill from it and no response from anyoneon the website where the store manager directed me to go. Read more
