The sauce is the only redeeming quality of the food. The ravioli tasted frozen, not prepared daily. The Chef’s wife three... times in the past was our server. You would think upon my husband and I leaving she would acknowledge us and say “ Thank You,and Hope to see you again soon” but no she never acknowledges us or says Thank You, Have a Nice Day. Not good for business.Needless to say we haven’t been back to Viareggio in 9 months, and have told countless family and friends not to waste theirtime going there either. Read more

Seriously this was the most charming restaurant! Every aspect that you would want in your dining experience was fantastic here.... The darling Italian decor and table linens set the tone for a special experience. The servers were warm and attentive. Then thefood was the absolute star of the show. We came from a volleyball tournament and wanted something a bit away from the chaos ofthe strip and boy did we get a treat! From the scrumptious bruschetta, to the Pollo Al Francese (lemony deliciousness!) to thecannelloni and chocolate mousse. This was such a wonderful evening of dining and beautiful service, that I had to take the timeto write this review! We will definitely come back the next time we are in town… and for all of you lucky locals…Viareggiois amazing! Read more

Here for a late lunch at 3 pm on a Monday... Ohhhh, what a treat!!! Talk about fresh food and authentically cheffed up!! All... fresh and tasty!!! All the way to their butter. I ordered Lasagna and my mother chose the spaghetti and meat balls. An amazingflavor to both and we are foodies who critique on all dishes. Great flavor and amazing sauces. Only thing to keep two eyes on isthe "Breaded Fried Mozzarella". Ok, According to Google via Italian heritage, they make this dish on point. But for us asAmerican, we were expecting the good ol' fried mozzarella w/ breaded crumbs. The cheese was delicious but as a [fried cheesesandwich], it's just not our cup of tea, I suppose. Maybe the chef will make this available in the future :) We ended our dinnerwith their Mousse cake! Wow, how balanced!!!! Light and airy with a sweetness to perfection followed by a thin yet densely cakedbottom, also to perfection. ????????????????? Just remarkable. And just lovely music! The soup is incredible and the last timewe were here, we had a grand salad, made with fresh vinaigrette, followed by fettuccini with shrimp. All very fresh and greattasting. Authenticity is here if you're looking for TRUE ITALIAN xoxo this place is certainly it. thanks for being open andkeeping your Italian roots :) P.s. I saw one review from a woman noting of not having enough spices? No dear..... as you werewondering, It's definitely your taste buds. Read more

This is a great little hidden gem of a restaurant. The outside isn't much to look at, but inside it has an upscale feel and... ambiance. It's owned and operated by a small Italian family who are all incredibly nice and accommodating. The food wasfantastic, very fresh and more than I could have hoped for. The prices are also very reasonable and they have separate menus forboth lunch and dinner. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area, I know I'll be going back. Read more
