9:54 am Sun, Sep the 25th. Dinner is closed. No hours of operation displayed anywhere. The drive-thru was, apparently, running.
Wait 15min for my food.. 5min wait at the box just for someone to answer and wasn't Even busy. They take one car and handle that... car and food order first before they take another car. This place is losing money because of the employees doing the least forthey job. Watch 2 people get food and pass me by. Ask for my refund. They need more people. Got here at 10:30 during beginningof lunch. Didn't leave until 10:51falisha the manager finally came to the window to give me refund. Puw the cashier at thewindow taking one car and waiting. The location itself was a little bit dirty but the service was quick which I was not expecting considering the main server look... very confused. Not the best Wendy's services I have ever received. The potato wedges for the breakfast combo are very good. Read more
I have an extremely bad experience every time we go to this location. The kids are to busy goofing around or flirting with each... other that they cant even get your order right and sadly for what we now pay to eat the made without a care for u fast food uwould think a supervisor or management would be there disciplining this behavior, but on my last visit the young lady that hadto listen to a woman who was telling the sup she wants her food and her money back and wants it now. I went inside hoping itwould be quicker well it backfired i was inside this store for an hour and it was the saddest moment witnessed short staffed ithink, no one delegating some kind of order. It was pure chaos with a drive thru that was wrapped around the store. Now i knowwhat its like to be short staffed but they need a lesson from in & out, & or canes, on how to manage crowd control instead ofonly serving the drive-thru until those waiting inside are ready to break out pitch forks and storm the castle. Lol. I spent$30.00 on that order and again it was disappointing and as long as i waited for my order my frosties shoudve not been melted,fries samwiches, and nuggets should've been hot and fresh. The girl taking orders was nice and doing her best but I waited 30 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. I ordered it without... sauce, it came with sauce. It was also sooooo over cooked, I thought there must be bacon on it but it was just dry stringychicken. The fries were legit and the girl taking orders was really trying but the wait was terrible with only 1 order in frontof me and the food was the worst meal I have ever gotten from a Wendy's. I was taking a walk, I wanted some Wendy's but you can not order if you don't have a Vehicle. I felt Instantly discriminated... against Because I did not have a vehicle .I understand the dining area is not open but I do not know why you cannot go in andorder any food! Other Restaurants you can go in an order with a mask???? on! You just cannot sit down in the dining area whichis understandable because of cov19 Drive-through is the only thing open at this location! I placed my order in the drive thru... had to repeat it several times... order taker finally repeated it back correctly. Get... to the window... and they still get it wrong. Send it back...and guess what? Wrong AGAIN.... now don't get me wrong the ordertaker was nice and not rude or anything but... they couldn't get it right I ended up leaving with a sandwich I couldn't eat.Trashed it.
