I came here on 11/13/22 at approximately 4:30pm to get Parmasan Ceasar salad. The salad was rotten. Do they not inspect the food... served here ? Had to throw the whole thing out. Dumped it into the bag to take picture. Won't be coming to this location again. Read more
Anyone notice a difference between the Bacon Deluxe they advertise vs the pathetic excuse for food I received? This place will... also screw up your order 10/10 times. You get a soft tomato core, oxidized clear onions and soup sized amount of ketchup. Theyact like there's a produce shortage, your lucky to even get lettuce. Wendy's used to be one of the best. Now they're worse thanMcDonalds in quality. Do yourself a favor and avoid Warm Springs and Rainbow location as my picture proves it's not worth the 20minute drive thru wait and I can guarantee disappointment. PS, How TF is this legal??? Rude Staff, Orders take longer than it should, and orders has always been incorrect or had items missing... Doesn't matter if... it's dine in, take out or delivery. Photos from my last delivery... Mind you that's supposed to be an Asiago Ranch Chickencombo... Read more
This Wendy?s SUCKS!!! Can never get an order right. Staff is not friendly and food sucks. Word of advice look at the screen put... what the screen says in the bag repeat. Not that hard. Since when is fries with some bacon on it a baconator? 0 stars. Read more
Walk in and see a beautiful new modern store. But within a few steps you realize it's one of the dirties food stores ever.... Employees sitting at the tables on the phone being loud. The place is an absolute mess. Trash and food all over the floor. Noneof the tables are clean and this is a weekday, we are the only ones in here. The floor is so bad it's like walking on ice. Waited almost 10 minutes to give my order. Staff was not friendly, supervisor was swearing at the guy at the window telling him... to do his job. I asked the other guy to confirm my order when he gave it to me and he said he didn't know, he just gave it tome. Fries say guaranteed hot on the package,but they were cold and hard. Other food tasted just fine. I have heard othercomments about this location, believe what you hear. I won't waste my time there again. Read more
This Wendy?s is just horrible. Every time I come here at night the place has problems. Their menu light/lobby light was off at... 9pm one night prompting people to think they were closed; other times they say their system is down and can?t take cash or card(this has happened to me 3 times) I used to like coming here, but now I would rather drive the additional 10 minutes to go tothe new Wendy?s on Blue Diamond. They?re fast, efficient, nice, and would you guess - their system is up and running. Read more
