Visited this establishment earlier today, ordered some food through drive thru. The kids that took the order and served were... very friendly and polite, but when I asked for 2 extra paper bags for my kids in the back of my car, the manager stepped in andlectured me in a rude and condescending way that they are a green friendly place and wouldn?t waste paper because they have tocut down the trees and slammed the drive thru window, lol what?? This was totally an unprovoked, unwarranted, and unjustifiedreaction to my simple request. This never happened in the 4 or 5 times I visited them before, the manager seems to be terribleand doesn?t seem to have an iota of customers interests? in him. Absolutely the best location in Las Vegas or Henderson. This was on a Monday just before noon. I am born and raised, had my fair... share of Wendy's throughout the years. I walked into the restaurant and there was 1 person ahead of me. It took over 10 minutes for the cashier to get that person?s... order correct before she finally got to my order. I waited an additional 15 minutes before my order was ready. The managerstated that she ?need to drop some more chicken?, whatever that means. I wasted my entire 1/2 hour break waiting for my chickensandwich and baked potato to finally get into a bag. There were approximately 8 employees working and it took that long at noonwhen everyone is getting lunch to make a chicken sandwich and reheat a potato.
