Completely irritated with this experience tonight and it's set a tone for my future orders....if at all. Started my order on... Postmates but to have it delivered with approximately a third of the order. At first I would have thought the driver didn't pickup the whole order cuz some places use the cubby system but in this case the order was handed to him by a cashier. Okay cool Icalled the store they advised that the cashier forgot to give him part of the order but then they proceeded to ask me to pick itup if I wanted to pick up my order I would have drove there and ordered it then I was unable to drive there to pick it up. Ifound somebody that was able to grab it for me inconveniently and they remade the entire order but two of the sandwiches wereincorrect they didn't even match the original order. While this is not earth-shattering it's just proving a point that peopleare not paying attention not doing their job or merely don't care anymore. To note this was our second order in about 2 or 3weeks using Postmates for Wingstop. To Note One More point that they advise the person picking up our order for us not thePostmates driver is that our order was unclear he had the receipt in hand and screenshot of our order it was very clear on whatwe wanted. I?d give no stars if I could. My family and I went to this location. Door was locked, it was almost 12pm. Two ladies also waited... outside for them to open. They were told they would open in 5 min, and when they came back?door was still locked. So we allstood outside wondering what?s going on. A few min later, someone from inside finally unlocked the door. The employee went backto the kitchen and continued to do what he was doing. He never acknowledged us. Didn?t say hi or anything. He could have saidthey?ll be right with us but nope, nothing. Not a word from any employee as we and other customers stood in front of theregisters waiting. No one came to the registers to help us. After almost 10 min of waiting, my husband finally asked if someonecan help us. One of the employees said hold on and continued to work in the kitchen. Horrible experience!! Never again!! Water was so rude. Flys, insects, dirt, food, and all types of trash on the floor. After getting home, I realize my wings were... still RAW & completely bloody inside. It looks like they get way too busy and no staff to keep up and they do foul things likethis. I would not recommend this location. Read more

I took my grandson after school. He likes the new chicken sandwich combo. It?s a deal $7.99 comes with Fries a drink and chicken... sandwich. The chicken appeared to be real chicken meat. That?s a bonus! But the store was not clean they were flies flyingaround. Not appealing! they were busy the line was long and the store was dirty. The kitchen was very messy food on the floor. I have loved wingstop for years with that being said I always get takeout. Today I decided to dine in and I couldn't be more... disgusted. When I tell you there were over 50 Flies roaming the premise I am talking swarming the woman's hair cooking, on thefries that sit out before being cooked and swarming all over my food and 6 month old. I felt like I was at war with these fliesduring my lunch swatting these little buggers. I was unable to finish my 6 wings and fries. The tray they gave me felt like itwas washed in sticky bubble gum versus soap. I can not in good conscious eat here anymore. The image of fly larvae is impededin my brain. I went there for wings and fries which cost $16 for 6 wings and French fries. What I got were 6 wings and someFrench flies. Read more

Tonight 7/25/22 at 8:15 pm I visited this location to order chicken wings. The young gentleman at the counter was RUDE. I asked... for a menu as I have poor vision. The young man ( Nathaniel on the receipt) pointed above and did not offer a menu...nor did heoffer any assistance. 1st strike.... I ordered what I thought they would have which was 12 wings and saw the flavors on anotherwall which had larger print. After he took my money, no further conversation. (Strike 2) I got my drink and walked to the backof the restaurant... the smell of WEED was SO STRONG! It was disgusting... I wanted to smell my food NOT SMELL WEED! (Strike 3)..Since I had been waiting a while for my food... ONE employee, a polite young lady asked if I had gotten my food. POLITE is thekey word here...I said no... she took my receipt and showed the cooks and they immediately remade my food. The quality of thefood was good, hence one star... the TERRIBLE customer service from your front counter staff and the smell of weed .... isINSULTING AND DEMEANING! Shame on the management staff there that either let?s this behavior continue or does not even payattention that this business is run this way....SMH. Read more

my boyfriend and i came in and ordered one chicken sandwich with pickles on the side. the girl taking the order said "um i don't... know how to do that" which is completely fin but it might of been helpful for her to ask. then we sit down being told that ourone chicken sandwich will take about 15 minutes which i thought was a pretty long time especially considering there was onlyone other person in store. we ended up waiting 40 minutes for that sandwich. This place can never get your order on time. I've been here over 20+ times and every single time they are always 10 to 15+... minutes late. I'm currently sitting in the parking lot still waiting 35+ minutes over with a full staff and they told me,another 15 minutes.. I've worked with management twice now related to this same issue and nothing has improved. Over 20+ peopleare waiting in the lobby for their food right now. Enough is enough. Can not recommend this place anymore and will personallystop coming. Update:. It's now been 2 hours since I placed my ordered. After waiting the 25+ extra, they are telling us we arenow only working on morning preorders and it will take an additional 20 minutes. Asked them to refund the order asap! Read more
