Very slow service. Sat in the drive thru for 10min then had to park up front and wait several more long minutes to get our... food. The drive thru speaker is so bad you can't understand the employee. Parking lot was very dark. Terrible experience. Read more
Yesterday evening myself and brother went to DQ for ice cream (around 8:30 or so) we placed our order and drove up to the window... as we pulled up we saw a DQ employee (a female) was sitting on the counter by the window ?chillin?, another girl opened thewindow she was very very unkind and rude. My brother respectfully asked her if she could put whipped cream on his Sunday (whichhe had asked prior for ) she grabbed it from him yes grabbed it slammed the window on us we both were like ?DAMNN she?s mad?poor girl ends up dropping the Sunday had to make an other one, gives us a banana spilt (which we did not order) gave us theSunday didn?t said ? have a nice evening NOTHING? no acknowledgment no apology just completely rude and disrespectful. FOR NOREASON it was sad. Whoever the girl was thanks for free banana spilt and I hope ur day got better maybe try actually treating?paying? customers with compassion and kindness and you would make less mistakes. The energy you put out is the energy youreceive thanks for the free banana split. I don?t care what you do for a living but do it with pride and kindness. The WORST experience in a Dairy Queen! Rude abd the so called Manager needs to be fired! Food was cold and when I complained, I... still got it cold and she made me gi back to my car 2x and demanded the change (THAT SO CALL MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BEFIRED )back and I didn't even get my food or cost back !! Got some soft pretzel sticks. They were way too salty and buttery! The cheese wouldn't even stick to the pretzels. The cheese... was a very poor excuse for cheese. So disappointed! Read more
Every time we have come here our food has always been either made wrong or undercooked. You wait in line for half hour tops... sometimes and get your food cold. The staff is very unprofessional and has a bunch of teens that have no respect and like togive attitude taking orders and give attitude at the window when told the food is incorrect. Don't even bother asking for amanager because the manager is also a child and disrespectfully back talks you and fails to give out there name. I have letcorporate no about the experience with these employees and hope something is done about it. But for future advise I wouldn'twaist your time or money going to this dairy Queen. Read more
This place sucks. By far the worst Dairy Queen I?ve ever been to. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. The woman in the... drive through had a terrible attitude and sounded like they weren?t paying her to be friendly and provide good service. Iordered 2 blizzards and 2 chicken baskets, and somehow was charged and received 3 of each. I asked for ranch, I didn?t get any.I also got mozzarella stick bites that I didn?t ask for? When I got to the window they had me drive around through the drivethrough again to let the person behind me receive their food first. Never have I been asked to do such a thing at any otherdecent fast food establishment. The food was absolute garbage (complete with a few hairs!), it was cold tasted like it had beenleft out for a few hours even though I waited an additional 5 minutes (at least) for it to be prepared. I had a terrible experience with both product and service last weekend. I ordered a cake in advance for my moms/brothers... birthday. I called in advance to ensure it was ready for pick-up, I was told yes. Upon arrival I was told there were issues withfreezer and it needed to be remade and I would have to pick it up later. This was very inconvenient but ok, fine. I go pick itup later only and the cake almost slid off the tray as it was being handed to me, clearly still not frozen. I take the cakeanyway because I wanted it for the birthday(s). I froze it for additional 3 hours before cutting it, only to find a mess. Sincewhen is there no cookie or fudge layer in an ice cream cake. Please let me know if you've ever seen anything like the photobelow. I was very disappointed so I called to speak to manager, who needed approval from her superior to make this right. I wasnever called back. I grew up in Las Vegas and never experience this kind of service/product from Dairy Queen on 7th street. Read more
Worst DQ I?ve ever been to . Can?t believe how unprofessional the employees were . All wearing pajamas and sandals like they... were at home. Management is a huge disappointment and apparently it doesn?t even exist here . Maybe if they took better care oftheir business and employees they would get more business and happier customers .
