First, we ordered a bottle of wine that was on the menu that they didn’t have. Understandable. Then we ordered Caesar salads,... a very basic started choice, and they tasted like old lettuce. The sauce was sour and the lemon tasted like water. Our maincourses were Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meat Balls, and the Fettuccine with Alfredo, Bacon, Sausages and Chicken. Sounds sogood. My plate (the meat balls) tasted like canned noodles and canned tomato sauce. It was not cooked properly, the meat ballswere mushy and it just tasted horrible. Also the bread was stale. I took one bite and put it down. My sisters plate ( thechicken Alfredo ) tasted like microwaved sauce with rubbery chicken. Personally, I only tried the a bite of the chicken and thepasta, again undercooked, and it was more like watery Alfredo instead of creamy Alfredo. All the food we ordered was terrible. Read more
Food was really delicious, but it seems like most of the waitresses working at this place is unprofessional. They didn't... occasionally refill empty water cup and never come close to dinning tables to ask for a help. Read more
Ordered the Jambalaya. Looks amazing but I felt there wasn't enough sauce, was not spicy as it claims to be and tasted like a... plane tomato sauce so I was disappointed... the garlic bread was delicious! I'm sure if you order the pizza as it is known forpizza you would love it.. Read more
This is an amazing Boston Pizza location. When your server keeps giving your kids so much attention you know you came to a place... where customer service is a priority. The food is delicious. We were a big group and had pizza and pasta. Everything was sooooogood. A special tip: go for dessert! Everyone left feeling we were eating a meal prepared in heaven! Read more
Good food and excellent service from the waitress. The restaurant is the chili's type. I gave them 3 stars because a situation ... with the hostess, we have a 3 year old daughter, so, we always look up for a sofa table to be more comfortable. We requested afree one and the lady told us that it was for 6 people and then she sat us in a 6 chairs table. So, I refused and took the sofatable that I wanted from the beginning. Prices: A bit high depending on what you get, but you can find deals or go on deal nights. Check their website and sign up to... newsletter for coupon deals! Service: We received very good (in english) service, with no problems. Wait was a little on thelong side, but we did go at supper time so that's to be expected and it wasn't so long that I wouldn't go again. Decor: Asexpected from a Sports Bar, lots of big TV's and a smaller one showing kids stuff, a bar, booths and other tables in the'dining' section. Good condition and everything seemed clean and not messy. Food: I enjoyed it, everything was fresh andwell-made. There are lots of options for picky eaters (they have regular fries) and many share style dishes too. Would recommendthe 3-cheese bread. Sadly, they got rid of their best dessert (Boston Piescraper) so for chocolate lovers who don't like nutsthere is only the 'Panookie' options, a chocolate chip cookie. It's definitely nice for a treat, but their prices mean you can'tgo as often as you'd like. Nice, big serving sizes that you can take home (starters are smaller, but mains are goodsize). Fries were very good and crispy and the perfect golden colour. Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible (no stairs that Isaw, flat and roomy). Menu is available online. If you have anxiety or other issues, recommend coming at a non-busy time andasking for a booth. Overall, I liked it and would definitely dine in again. Bring back Boston Piescraper though!!! Food was delicious, would definitely go back! Service was a bit unattentive at first but quickly corrected. Sports bar-type... setting, yet intimate if you're in a booth, as we were. Late Friday night, busy but winding down, and thankfully not too noisy! Read more
This Boston Pizza must be booked straight for patio seating, but we were seated indoors straight away. The food was a bit slow... to come out, but I liked to see the way they spaced out the interior to provide social distancing. I ordered one of their summerspecial drinks, a rose sangria smash pitcher, and it was really average. I would go so far as to say the drink was bad. It waswatered down and weak, tasted like beer. On the other hand, the pizza was phenomenal. I got the Mediterranean, individual size,and it was very tasty and piping warm. Highly recommend that pizza, but I would say to skip the drinks. Read more
