So I just got home. Literally ordered my take out like 20 minutes ago. And surprise, my order is dead wrong. I ordered that new... bacon passion burger thing. The meal box combo for $15.99 ON TOP OF THAT. So about $19 with taxes. As the picture clearly shows,I didn't get the burger AND I didn't get the salad. THE ONLY REASON why I'm giving 1 Star is because the lady at the cash wassweet. Read more
I feel bad for saying this but if it helps the owners make a positive change then here goes: *The place seems to just never be... cleaned and it's never busy so you can't say it's due to lack of time *The employees look like they're having a free ride withthings cuz the cooks in the back were video chatting instead of working on my order and laughing it up. Not saying for peoplenot to have a personality but it's embarrassing to see that when they get PAID money to do their job first. *The last couple ofsandwiches i've had seemed to all have been pre-cooked and then re-fried. I usually don't judge a place positively ornegatively based on one experience. But this place has all these problems almost every time i've gone and i've been there liketen times. I'm pretty much not going back. Horrible. I went there with my friend to order diner for us and my family. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and a 10 piece... bucket. My friend?s 10 pieces smelled extremely bad, as if the oil wasn?t changed for a week and tasted the same as the smell.The sandwiches were fine but cold. Also, the place itself looks dirty. When you come in, the doors are stained withfingerprints. It smells awfully bad inside and the floor is sticky. I just ordered from Uber Eats ,when I opened the box a strong gasoline type of smell came from the chicken making my eyes water.... It did not smell like old oil or stale chicken....literally smelled like gasoline or some chemical. I was refunded by uber eatsand called the restaurant but they said they haven't received complaints. I am incredibly turned off from ever ordering hereagain. This is a huge issue. Read more
