This must be a joke. I push the fries to the side and it's half the container. I must have paid half the price without knowing... surely because this does not make any sense. You can't order food without having to be at the restaurant in person to verifyyour order ? Did the delivery driver open the bag, eat half and stapled the bag back shut ? Maybe that's the explanation.Because not filling the container with the right amount that was payed for can't be the reason. Are the fountain drinks onlyfilled halfway too? If you go, make sure to take a bottled drink if you want your money's worth. Open the boxes because theremight not be one missing, but the food inside might ! Read more
Total disgrace for a well established food chain, ordered a 10 pc chicken bucket , which was supposed to be with gravy , and 2... medium sides , got neither. Got some gros chicken fingers that taste like those frozen ones at the freezer burn market, 2 tinysides of barf inducing coleslaw, which BTW kfc get rid of that garbage you pass for slaw. And no gravy. Fries was OK. Got arefund but only 85% of it so not only no food but I guess Uber eats is to blame for the fraudulent practice of robbing people.Anyways stay away from this kfc hopefully head quarters will come to their senses. 70$ worth of takeout. Chicken was soggy with bread and most amazing part is there was no mayo no lettuce on zinger burgers.... Amazingly fast service... in only 1.5 hrs you get your food on the table . Read more
This location used to be great. Inflation has made the menu far more expensive than other fast food locations. And nowadays the... name of the game is penny pinching. If you ask for any sauce or extra, you need to cough up extra money. This used to not be thecase. Read more
Went there Saturday at opening. Order lunch for me and my daughter. While waiting I saw the drink machine filthy. Aparently no... one ever cleans it. After getting my lunch I noticed she gave me the mccrock. I ordered the double. Saw my receipt that shecharged me for the regular one despite asking for the double. Before I found my receipt to verify I went to ask her if she couldprint my a copy of my receipt. She refused saying it's impossible. Having worked a long time in the fast food industry I knowthat claim is in doubt. I wouldn't go there again. Read more
Big waste of money. I had ordered a four piece meal and got a drumstick and three wings. I went back to the counter to complain... about it. I got two new pieces but looked old and were skinless chicken, the sauce was watered down and had no taste. On to thecoleslaw which smelt like a$$. I will never come back to this death trap I'm already feeling sick and might vomit. The best partof this meal was the ketchup. Thanks Heinz! I was in mall angrignon and ordered from KFC/PFK a spicy twister combo and a seperate twister sandwich, they both came just with... chicken and some mayo in it. When I asked the cashier why it has no veggies? Her answer was I told u we do not have lettuce... Itold her it is not just the lettuce, there is no spicy sauce no tomato just chicken. She offered me spicy sauce and told me putit in ur sandwich. I asked her so I paid 20$ to do my own sandwich, and her answer was yes.... KFC/PFK plz teach your staff whatis customer service, and how to do sandwiches. I will NEVER EVER buy from them anymore. Read more
