The workers laughed as I told their Uber driver to not park in the handicap spot when picking up orders. If my kids were not... with me, the event may have unfolded differently. I regularly spend over $100 at this location. Read more
I love this restaurant. I ordered a few times and I will order again. The plates are generous. They deliver always on time and... everything is very professional. The food is also delicious. I have ordered numerous times from there and the food was always good and fresh and service was decent. This is the first time... ordering during the pandemic and it will be my last. Although there is a hand written sign on the door about mask beingmandatory, both staff members were in violation. The man had it under his chin and the young lady had hers on The counter wherethey rest orders before being placed in bags. Right before making the sushi the young woman picked up previously worn glovesthat were rolled and blew into it to expand it. I know take a risk eating out but a minimum level of sanitary behaviour shouldbe expected especially during a pandemic. horrible service. rude owner. doesn't make modifications for allergies. I have been ordering from this place for years the sushi... is good, but I recently asked for no tuna as I am allergic, he still put tuna with is a safety hazard, and he replaced a bunchof pieces with egg because I made a modification. when I called to let them know there was clearly a miscommunication and stillhad tuna he proceeded to tell me if I don't like it don't come back and hung up on me. worst customer service I have everseen. the sushi is good but not that god to justify his horrible attitude towards clients. Quality has really decreased. We used to order from this place weekly until a couple months ago the sushi gave us food... poisoning. We decided to give it another shot tonight and it?ll be our last order: they messed up our order giving us the wrongitems and the amount of fish in each roll has significantly decreased. I question all the people that it?s their first review and they are almost all 5 stars. This is my first and want be positive.... They keep screwing up my order no matter if I order in or order on the spot. I would say communication is a big problem. Mostimportantly the sushi got me and my family sick twice. We like ordering sushi?s here because we find them tasty and fresh + good selection of specialties + they have combos which are... nice to share with friends. Also, the 3 guys working there are really nice. Read more
