He was amazing always with a smile and very attentive to us. He looked Italian so we spokeItalian to him only to find out he is the owner! Formerly La Griglia D'Oro, I noticed this restaurant recently reopened in 2017 when they hosted a free wine tasting... event. Normally not my style of cuisine, I was curious about their Tartar Trilogy and I decided to try it. This dish is onlyavailable on Tuesdays, so in this case I had to plan ahead. They have an authentic wood-burning oven that you can't help butnotice immediately on entering. After being seated by the waiter and given a choice of coffee or cappuccino, I was served amodest time later. It came on a plate, with tartar of salmon on mangoes, tartar of tuna on avocados and tartar of beef. It camewith croutons (sliced not diced) and leafy green salad. I found it tasty even if the portions were kinda small. There was a minicannoli for dessert. A little pricey at $25.00 plus tax but as a culinary experience, it was interesting. Read more
