I've been a satisfied customer of St-Hubert for quite some time and the Newman Blvd restaurant in LaSalle is the reason! The... food is consistently good; it arrives piping hot; if there is a problem it is handled quickly and efficiently...what more can Isay? Two Thumbs Up and a huge Thank You to everyone at St-Hubert LaSalle! Read more

The food was typical St Hubert, so you know what to expect and it was served hot which was nice. The restaurant seemed... understaffed and it took quite a while to get any type of service. Disappointed for what it cost me, no dessert. Table of 7,$385 after tip Read more

Wonderful service and food. It was a godsend after the horrible no-service fiasco at Casa Grecque.

The food was good as usual. But the waiter we got did not know how to provide good customer service. The most basic PR skills... for accommodating guests were inexistant. We felt like a we were bothering him by being there. The waiter who was in trainingfor his first day was so much more courteous. We would rather take out than eat in at that point. Sorry. Read more

Chicken was very plump and deliciously succulent. Service was a little slow but that was because it was the end of the night and... only one waitress settling up 4 other tables. Prices of the dishes have definitely went up with inflation and rising chickenprices. I have to deduct one star as I'm not sure the value was on point. Read more

The food itself was great like always, the delivery service however? There was room for improvement. We placed our order... through the St-Hubert website, and decided to select the option to pay upon delivery. 45 minutes later, the doorbell rings justas expected. I go to pay and the delivery man asks if I would like to leave a tip percentage. I was thrown off at being askedbut state the amount I was willing to tip. I figured that he was simply asking so as to limit the amount of people who touch themachine. I was wrong. I was then lectured on how the amount I was tipping was less than 10 percent of my order, and asked if Iwas happy with his service. I was reminded multiple times that if you are happy with the service provided, you should tipbetween 10 percent and 15 percent of your total order. He was also kind enough to mention that drivers are paid the same asservers - not like “Uber drivers”. Forgive me, but I was under the impression that tips were supposed to be at thediscretion of the client? Further more, how can one compare a driver’s tip to that of a server, who takes your order, answersany questions you may have regarding the menu, waits on you throughout the meal, and then clears up after you? Looking back,no, I cannot say that I was satisfied with his service, and I seriously regret tipping for the lecture I received on my frontporch. Read more
