Extremely rude. When asked for the footlong to be cut. She suggested that i should have done upfront since she will charge for... two 6 inch . Never seen that happened in any other subway. Got a full bottle along and asked for glasses and she said she willcharge for them since she believes I will fill those up even after I bought a whole bottle?thinking customers are cheap does notreflect a very good customer service I did get them from another restaurant without even ordering from them. Employees were very aggressive and doing bad behaviour with customers .
The staff is incredibly rude. I don?t understand they were chitchatting in the back for a solid 5 minute before finally someone... comes to the front. And when she did come she was so rude. I was the only customer there so it?s not like she was busy ourstressed?..also they don?t take coupons but will wait until they already charged you to say so. Read more

Worst subway in the whole montreal . I ordered for a grilled chicken subway and without asking me they just cutted the chicken... and now I don?t know whether in my 12 inch sub its 2 pieces of chicken or 1 and when i came to pick the order they told me wemade it and its having 2 chicken breasts and when i saw it , it was not 2 chicken breasts it was clearly visible that they werenot 2 pieces. I don't know what happened to the girl who works there, but her attitude should not be like that. Didn't wanna make a single... explanation when I didn't hear her out clearly, made my sandwich a complete mess and shake her head like I don't understandEnglish or something.
