The staff was nice, but our fries tasted and looked old. I was very disappointed. Our burgers and drinks were good. Also, the... two hard dried pieces of chicken that we were given as a Kid's meal is not appropriate for a small child. They can't chew that! The yogurt and juice were very good options. I would also suggest a 2nd condiment station. We were preparing for 6 people toeat, so it took a few minutes for us to pump out enough condiments in to go cups, which really irritated the woman waiting. Imoved over for her, but apparently, she did not want to stand beside me either. Thus, two condiment stations, in two differentareas would have been helpful. Read more
Doordash order: 10/10! Even with a doordash order this was so GOOD! We did not get burgers but plan to next time! We... got -chicken fingers -fries -milkshake -red velvet dessert -key lime pie dessert The chicken fingers were PERFECT! the breadingwas super crispy but not too heavy or overcoated, cooked perfectly with what felt like really good quality chicken. Themilkshake was super good, thick, plenty of oreo! Great fries, made us feel like right at the fair! Both desserts SUPER good,especially the key lime one. All dipping sauces we got were also delicious, especially the honey mustard BBQ and the Fi sauce!The chili was a little too sweet for me, but nonetheless not bad! Bacon jalapeño ranch also super good! Will definitely begoing back again to try some burgers! Would love to visit the actual location soon, too! Definitely recommend! Looove their burgers, fried onions and fries - some of the best I've had at any of the Capital District restaurants! The... restaurant advertises that its food is made with only pure, organic ingredients - and the food really is delicious. Highlyrecommend ???? The restaurant is pretty spacious and clean, but looks more like a fast food place inside, and could use someimprovements in style, look, scent and feel.
