Ordered 4 meals for our family tonight and when I got home found that ALL 4 meals were wrong!! Two of the meals had our labels... placed over other people?s names and what was really disturbing was that was labeled as my daughter?s meal had had sour creamand cheese piled on top, my daughter has a serious reaction to dairy!! Have to state that the manager, Shahid, was veryprofessional when I had to drive back to the restaurant but in my opinion, stay away from this location. Not the first time theycan?t get an order right. Forgot to mention that my order had a pickup time of 5:40 and didn?t walk out of the restaurant until6:05 with the WRONG meals!! Ordered a burrito bowl online with 2x chicken, white rice, corn salsa and guacamole. There was virtually no rice in the bowl and... extremely little guacamole. Tried calling the store and wasn't able to get through. Seemed like they turned off their phones. Iwent through the online support and they would only offer a BOGO for my next order, to which they sent me an email with no QR orcode that they said would be in the email. I spent $16 on this both to only have what looks to be $5 worth of food. Verydisrespectful TICL that an employee would make a bowl with this little in it and feel fine sending it out to a customer. I give a 2/5 because the food is amazing, but the service... I ordered 2 months ago from there and these guys update me 4 times... within 2 1/2 hours with *there in half hour* updates. When I ask them what the heck is going on, they have no answer just "we'resorry, very sorry" but no reason why. They refunded me, but had 0 concern about what they did, nor did management. Have notordered from this chipotle since and will not. Read more
The food was good but this location was rather dirty. The way my food was prepared was not with great care and was not properly... distributed. I just wish it was my like other Chipotle experiences. The drinks were good but the food was just mediocre.Definitely think there is potential for it to be great. Read more
Finally a good Chipotle in the Albany area! Dined in, and got excellent burrito bowls with generous toppings, and everything... fresh and delicious. Pleasant and efficient employees. Clean restaurant. We?ll be driving 8 miles to this location from now on. Read more
They are good if you are there in person to order, if you order online though they don't give you alot of food even when you... order extra, when I got my online order with my wife my two plates came out to when one whole. Food is good but the servicecould definitely be better whe. It comes to online ordering. Read more
The food is always great but lately the portion sizes have been small. Even between two bowls I bought, one had a decent amount... of chicken and my husband got barely any. There needs to be more consistency in the serving sizes. Read more
I did a pick up. Easy right? I didn't know they put drink orders in the bag so I didn't realize that until I got home so... basically I didn't get my drink. I got a burrito bowl with steak. It was good except it was loaded with cheese. I try not to eatdairy but I do like a little from time to time. Read more
