This place can be so good but they don't listen to order customizations. I just ordered a Cobb salad with no blue cheese... crumbles. Pretty simple right? Well they didn't put the included avocado in it and left the blue cheese in the salad. I wastaking a new hire out to lunch so I didn't want to be a pain but it's very annoying. The main reason I picked that salad wasbecause it had avocado... listen to people is all I ask. Read more
Went to pick up my online order and the girl at the front kept a straight face, never greeted me. I said I was here to pick up... my order & she gets it, & slides it to me on the counter. She then proceeds to throw the pen on the receipt for me to sign. Ithen walk out and suddenly she gains the energy to say "have a good day", to the people walking out behind me. I called back totalk to manager about my service and he's says he'll take care of me. I did not ask for anything nor want anything. I justwanted him to know about my experience. The next week I call & talk to someone about the managers offer & he tells them he'llgive me 50% off of my salad lol. He rather receive $6 than just rectify the ill customer service of his employee. When someonesays I'll take care of you, I assume exactly that lol. It was quite pathetic honestly. Needless to say, I will not be returning.Also, the salads/dressings are decent. Salad was amazing, all of the ingredients were super fresh. The Dijon salad dressing is delicious. Only thing that was a little... expensive to me was being charged $3 for a can of seltzer. With the salad and a can of seltzer it came to just over $16. Read more
