If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The disrespect I received was incredible. A worker (Caucasian) was asked to take us... in her section. She didn't respond until she saw my family and I. She said no. She wouldn't serve us. I was appalled, that inthis day and age , we're still experiencing racism. This is not the place to go to have a family friendly experience. I usually love this Dennys, but today wasn't great. They were were short staffed,were out of several food items, my eggs were... very hard and the sausage tasted bad. I liked that the manager did his best to correct things, and make up for mistakes, with asmile and great attitude. I would go back. Read more
There were three of us, I had the Bourbon chicken my favorite. My sisters had Santa Fe skillet and Beef dish with mashed... potatoes and vegetable. Portions was good food was satisfying . Read more
We very surprised at the very rude service here. We were offered a table or a booth. We accepted the booth. Yes we were a tight... fit but we were completely fine with it which we told them several times. They made us move to another table. It was 7:00 PMwhen we got there and they closed at 8:00. We were giving adult menus at first which was fine but when my 3 year old waslooking at the adult menu because I let him the hostess RIPPED it out of his hands and said that the adult menu he can look atthe kids. Unbelievable. When Susan first came over at 7:10 she immediately said are you ready to order because the kitchencloses in 10 minutes. Not having a common menu item such as the Belgian waffle we needed a couple more minutes to look. She thensaid well I?ll come right back but I?ll have to take your order. When she did come over to take care of ordering she went downthe table. My son was ordering and asked for chicken tenders and goldfish. She said they didn?t have goldfish so I was trying tohelp him look at the other sides when she abruptly asked me what I wanted. While still helping my son, she got very close to meand said sir about 5 times until I was able to tell her the side for him. This was followed by extremely loud and uncalled forbussing of the table right next to us. I mean throwing dishes in the bin. As well as yanking the blinds up at window of ourtable that were very loud and probably dusty while we were eating. The food quality was very poor for Denny?s As you can see bythe hashbrowns. This morning this location was incredibly busy. They were short staffed and our server, Jasmine, handled EIGHT tables like a... champ! She sat us, got our order and served us well. Jasmine is one of the hardest working servers I?ve ever seen - especiallybeing so understaffed. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and our experience here this morning! There were only 2 waitresses on a Saturday evening. They did their best, which was great considering. The food at Denny's is... always great. There might be a dish better somewhere else, but the cost will be a lot more. Everything I've eaten at any Denny'shas never been terrible. I am in love with their chicken fried steak. Every, single time we have ordered through the Dennys app?EVERY TIME. The order is wrong. We either don?t get a drink, they put... cheese on a burger that says NO CHEESE in the instructions and you also select the NO CHEESE option, or they just leave itemsout completely. Tonight we ordered an entire pie and got one slice. My favorite part is that the Dennys app itself allows youNOWHERE to attempt to rectify this issue. There is no help with the order link, no number to call and no click for help withyour order. So here I am. I am disabled, I order because it?s difficult for me to GO to the restaurant. And it?s reallyfrustrating. I think maybe I just won?t bother with your company anymore because apparently it?s too difficult for youremployees to do a basic job correctly.
